We have stayed here before and it was wonderful not so much this time. Pillows hard. Bed was okay. 1 bug in bathroom. Breakfast not very good. Eggs very runny. No orange juice. There 3 nights and disappointed

The room was clean. Pillows were very hard. I would suggest a coffee pot upgrade in the rooms. That's just picky stuff, the room was clean and they came in and made up the bed and straightened up. I love that they have that option.

The people were wonderful. All of Branson has really welcoming and nice people. The property was in a good location for what we wanted to do. Everything was a short drive. The room was clean but it looked like some furniture may have been removed. There was room for more seating but it didn't have more than the beds and a desk chair. The common areas were very dirty. The dining area chairs were gross. The stairwell was not cleaned for our entire stay - the same trash was there when we left that was there when we arrived. The hotel had nice facilities but was showing age. Many tour buses use this hotel.
