The biggest stand out here is that your staff is very polite and nice. Checking in was a breeze and the lady was absolutely so pleasant. The hotel is clean and I had everything I need. The dining area is good and so is the food I always come to stay here when I’m in Branson!

The hotel was nice, had a great breakfast. Check in went smoothly. Only con, we asked for some additional items for our room through a check off list on our door for our room. We never received the items which was a blanket and additional toiletries.

The front desk attendant Bonnie was very welcoming & so ffiendly upon check-in, and very helpful during our stay. We also checked out with Bonnie who thanked us for staying at the hotel. Also, the employee helping with arranging for us to purhase Show tickets was great. We saw 6 Shows & she was able to arrange & order our tickets for us which saved us time in trying to do so ourselves!
