Nice, clean and roomy condo
Family of 4 with 3 dogs. We enjoyed our stay. Cant use fireplace and water heater is a little small. But everything else is awesome. Beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are a great sizes. Beautiful view out back.be back.

This property is located in a beautiful and quiet community. It is easy to get to area attractions, stores and restaurants. The actual unit is adequately furnished and the kitchen well stocked for small meals or snacks on site. It is outdated and very dark inside.

Nice property however Upstairs neighbors very disruptive
The property was nice and fit what we needed. The pool was close and nice. Check in was seamless and very nice. The upstairs neighbors kid or kids ran back and forth stomping throughout the condo starting at 7a. Additionally they ran in the evening as well. The loud running back and forth through their Condo woke us up in the AM and caused our dog to bark as well.

I wish i'd read the reviews. The unit was dirty and there were so many broken things in the unit that it led me to actually complain for the first time in 25 plus years renting units. There were 2 drinking glasses, broken bed, broken lights...no storage. It lists several TVs, none are set up for streaming, the living room is amazon only, the bedrooms are set up for DVDs only, that should be listed. The fireplace had a sign not to use, that should not be listed. This is just to name a few issues...the list was long. I emailed the office and then while looking for contact information i stumbled on tons of complaints, the same we had that had clearly not been resolved. There was a guest book there that was also full of complaints...i really hope they take note and fix these things because its wrong to keep renting without fixing or at least notifying people of the problems. Some of the complaints go back a year! the company refunded us 1 night, which was a nice gesture, and said they'd contact the seller, but had we known half of what was wrong, we'd never booked here. It was a real bummer... i just dont think its right to charge top price when we have stayed in much better units for far less.

The house is very comfortable. We enjoyed the enclosed back porch and having easy access to the back yard. The living room was exceptional comfortable with two oversized recliners. We wished we had a few extra blankets and more bath towels but other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

This was a good option for us, as we were looking for a place with decent internet, an indoor pool, and allowed dogs. This fit the bill for all of those and was a very reasonable price. It is located close to the clubhouse and pool, which was great for the kids. It was nice to be able to walk out from the patio directly to grass to let our dog out for a quick and easy potty break. We also enjoyed longer walks around the community. We appreciated being a little ways out from the chaos of the main Branson areas. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The beds were big and comfortable. On the cons side, the mattresses were deep, but the sheets and mattress cover weren’t. They wouldn’t stay on the bed or even reach around the mattress. We had to remove the fitted sheet and just use a flat one. The mattress cover was very hot. We use one at home and don’t have the same issue. It was also quite noisy in the unit with people above us. We were woken very early each morning with loud squeaking of people walking (and a toddler running). Each time they flushed the toilets above us, ours made a loud sound and a large volume of air backed into our toilets causing them to bubble up and splash water out. Not a huge deal, but would wake us and was odd. The mirrors and tub in the master were awkward. My husband wouldn’t even shower in there. I did appreciate being on the bottom floor so that our dog walking around on hard floors wasn’t annoying to anyone below us. The building needs more sound mitigation in my opinion. But overall it was a good value and fit our needs.

Nice condo fir what it was but need a lot of updates and everything was falling apart.
Nice place for what it was. The garbage disposal had a horrible smell. Some trim on the house wasn't even nailed in. The floor was a cheap laminate looks nice it work with the out dated condo. Had very out dated cook wear but did have what you needed. I wouldn't stay here again.

Love Pointe Royale but probably won’t stay here again
We stay in Branson at least twice a year and love pointe Royale. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this location again. For the record, we did not try to contact the owners as we could live with the issues. Just won’t stay here again Cons- condo was very dirty. (Glasses w food caked on them, hair in tub, food under couch which was visible, and mold in showers) The trim around the door where the chain lock is looks as if someone pulled it out or tried to get in. No parking- 4spots plus 1 handicap for 6 units. Pros- good location to club house

Great location
This was a great location for a Branson vacation. It was large enough for my family of five and I liked how close it was to the pool. Unfortunately when we checked in at four it was still dirty and no one notified us. I needed to contact the emergency person. Housekeeping came about 30 min later. It wasn’t their fault they were super busy but when I asked the rental company for money off I was told no. Not too happy after driving from MN to walk in and see other people’s dirty sheets and towels. I will not use this rental company again.
