The hotel/rooms, were exceptionally clean. The hot tub at the end of the day was heaven! Breakfast was okay. The biscuits were hard and gravy cold but the coffee and eggs were GREAT! The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but, we managed.

A Beautiful Property & Excellent Stay

Pleasure stopover. First time stay but we have visied Branson many times.beautiul facade, very clean and welcoming lobby. Beds are excellent. I would give this hotel a ten but the bath area is very small, indicative of the age of the hotel. That's our only markdown. Breakfast was very good.

Worked perfectly. Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub (had planned to but didn’t end up having time) so can’t review that. Quiet room. Easy access to the strip and shopping.

Was a good stay overall. We came in with our puppy ( on a leash) the manager was walking by quickly and barked at us to put our dog on a leash. I replied she is. He just kept walking with no aplology. Other than that it was good.

This is our second stay. We only stayed overnight the first time, but this time we stayed for five nights. The room was updated and exceptionally clean, and we loved the room assignment. It was just a few doors away from the front desk and the breakfast area. The breakfast was awesome!! The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and I felt like I was at home rather than at a hotel. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every evening, and we were the only ones there up until our last night. Some of the front desk staff was cordial, but not exceptionally friendly, if that makes sense. They do their job, but not much extra. The gentlemen working the breakfast area WAS exceptional though -- interacting with guests and asking where they were from and what their activities were going to be that day. One of the only negatives I can think of was that they don't stock enough regular black tea bags so I had to go to Walmart and buy my own. The other thing that maybe rubbed me a little wrong was that when we were taking our bags out on the last day at 9:00 a.m. the cleaning staff were standing outside our room waiting for us to leave and we felt rushed and almost left something behind. I can understand if we were leaving at 11:00 a.m., but it was a full two hours before checkout. We chose this hotel because it gives off more of a "couples" vibe even though it is very family friendly. Overall, a very relaxing stay, which is what we were hoping for.

First time gor us at Branson , Mo . We are a family of 3 - 2 asults and 1 teenager - we booked the Grand Victorian via Expedia and we were very pleased about cleaness , lication , breakfast buffet , check on and chevk out . Price was very good as well . Will definetly be back .
