Welcome to Grandview presented by Getaway Condos. You will love spending your getaway in our completely renovated condo located in Pointe Royale, whether you are spending a couple of days or a week. Grandview is centrally located overlooking the bank of Lake Taneycomo and just down from the Pointe Royale Clubhouse, so you will be close for all the amenities Pointe Royale has to offer. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo and has everything you need to make this a great destination. It has been “completely” remolded with new flooring, all new furniture, bedding, complete new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Our master bedroom has a new King size bed with an large ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom offers you a queen-sized bed as well as a loveseat that makes into a twin bed. With the additional full-sized sleeper sofa this allows our guest a comfortable optional sleeping space for their family and friends. Please remember city ordinance states 6 person max for a two bedroom two bath condo. Additional guest can be subject to extra fees. You’ll love the screened-in porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo. It is inviting and comfortable and a beautiful view, as well as a great place to watch the birds, or to just relax and decompress from the worries and stress of everyday life. As mentioned we are just down from the Clubhouse, an easy walk to the indoor or outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, The Grille, or to play a round of golf on the beautiful championship golf course. You will have an in-house laundry, large flat-screened TV's in the main room and both bedrooms and free Wi-Fi for the kids. The TV in the main room is a ROKU TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and other apps you are used to watching. Pointe Royale is in a great area just down from Table Rock Dam, near all the popular Branson activities – there is so much to do in Branson, you will never be bored. To the endless top variety shows, Silver Dollar City, the great activities on Table Rock Lake, Ride The Ducks, ziplines, multiple hiking trails, not to forget the numerous restaurants available, The Landing and Tanger Outlet Mall for the best shopping experiences, Branson has it all. Or if you just want to sit on the screened-in patio in the rocker and listen to nature that is fine too. You will love this Getaway. We most certainly do.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lake Taneycomo. You'll find features such as an indoor pool, a gym and a water park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the condo.

Mid week get away
Super easy check for the middle of the night! Great access to the main strip and the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and the screened in porch was great during the rain storm for drinks.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO!!!!
Maybe I’m a little over the top but I feel like there should be some basics met when you pay nearly $1,000 to stay somewhere for your families one big vacation of the year. I don’t know, maybe I’m the crazy one. If you enjoy the smell of mold and mildew hitting you in the face every time you walk in the condo like a wall of flatulence after 4th meal at Taco Bell, then this IS the place for you. If after a long day in the scorching summer heat you love a condo that bottoms out at an icy 72° before you have to whip out the box fans to avoid a heat stroke, then this IS the place for you. If you enjoy water pressure equal to that of a dripping faucet coming from a shower head that is adequate height for a 3rd grader, then this IS the place for you. If you enjoy whipping out your tools and trying to get the guest shower to actually function (never did), you guessed it… this IS the place for you. If you haven’t had much time to practice your troubleshooting skills with electronics and love resetting the WiFi a few times a day to watch TV, this IS most definitely the place for you. If you’re a huge fan of playing cat and mouse with the owner after they tell you they’re going to have a realtor bring people through your condo WHILE YOU’RE STILL THERE, then this is 100% the place for you. If you are just wanting basic needs met, cool A/C, normal odors, reliable WiFi, a working guest shower, and some privacy… you may need to look elsewhere! Thanks Connie for the memories!

Nice place and great location
Really good spot right between Branson and SDC, with a gas station, Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza close by. Loved the set up in the condo with the fireplace and cute back porch, and loved the fully stocked kitchen! The coffee bar was a godsend. Would recommend and likely will stay again!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We shared with another couple and made for a perfect get together with long time friends. The kitchen was well supplied and worked well. The location was convenient to get to shows, restaurants, and different venues. I might suggest to the owner that some kleenex would be a nice addition but other than that, it was perfect.

Description was misleading. Pull out bed in bedroom could not be pulled out without moving furniture out of the room. Tried the pull out sofa. It was very dirty. Even found a cat toy. We made it work and enjoyed our weekend.
