This condo features wonderful views of Lake Taneycomo and nature from the screened in porch and sunroom. It is not uncommon to view bald eagles, water fowl, and numerous song birds from the back porch or private sunroom overlooking the lake.

This condo features comfortable furniture, granite countertop, custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms – you have to see it to believe it! This is a walk-in unit with no stairs or steps to worry about. Both bedrooms have king beds with comfortable pillowtops. Pointe Royale is a gated golf community that is centrally located to everything in Branson. You are twenty minutes from The Landing, Silver Dollar City and historic downtown. You are 15 minutes away from great outlet mall shopping and 10 minutes away from The Titanic Museum on the 76 strip as well as the shows and restaurants.

We had a wonderful fall getaway with our family. We loved the hiking trial, fishing and playground being so close to the rental. The kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was a great week.

Perfect location
This was the perfect location to use as home-base during our Branson stay. Peaceful area and the access to the pool, pickle ball courts and basketball were fun late day free activities. Our grands enjoyed a few games of cards on the screened porch late each evening! Just what we wanted.

Very nice and quiet. Overlooking the river/lake, with squirrels and birds and boats of fly fishermen drifting by. Very, very clean with everything supplied. Beds very comfortable. Porch delightful and fun. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the water and trail, and the ease of getting around in Branson. The beds were comfortable and the condo was perfect for a short stay for our family. We cooked a couple meals and would have liked to have a couple items available such as cooking spray, a glass baking dish etc. but we made do. Would return without hesitation if in Branson again.

Perfect (again)!
This was our second time here. Tracy's place was very clean. The view was beautiful. We saw bald eagles while we sat on the sunporch in the morning. The heater on the sunporch worked great. It took about an hour to heat up the porch to a cozy temp. Pointe Royale is away from the noise, but close to everything. We ate, shopped, and saw three shows (Six, The Haygoods, and Reza). All of the shows were very good. Six was our top choice. Thanks, Tracy. We will be back.
