Not like it used to be
The pull out sofa was full of black mold, The game room used to be free and now you have to pay for most things in there. The condo needed to be updated and could have definitely been cleaned better. The pool had a horrible smell and gave my daughter an allergic reaction. $13 resort fee was not worth it.

The room was spacious but definitely needed updating - stains on couch - jacuzzi shower needed to be updated and furniture not very comfortable otherwise it was ok for a short stay

We stay here every year for the Holidays. This is the first time that our room was not stocked with the items that its suppose to have. Rooms do need more blankets during the winter. They are thin and you have to have the heater higher to stay warm which in turn dries everyone out!

Bed & pillows were comfortable, kitchen area adequate. We had plenty of troubles getting TV to work and ended up having to use our own electronic device to watch Netflix. Showers in both bathrooms of our suite need to be cleaned better; I do not tolerate mold and there are products they could use to get rid of it. Staff checking us in was great.

Very Nice Place
Really nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We checked in on Thanksgiving afternoon and the front desk clerk was very pleasant to work with. Overall I have 0 complaints about this place and we will definitely stay there again.

Folks were great. Pool, game room , clubhouse were all nice. Suite needed some fixed...jacuzzi tub in one bathroom didn't work, lock on door was in need of repair. We were lock inside upon arrival. Staff assisted quickly and were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We are sure they would have addressed the jacuzzi we just were ok to not use it.

Great family friendly place in Branson!
Very nice two bedroom suite where our whole family could stay together. The bathrooms has nice big tubs and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal.

We have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times over the years. This is not a 5-star resort and I am sure there are much nicer places in Branson but we keep coming back here because it has everything we need. Good service, fun activities center, a great mini-golf course, pool, hot-tubs, full kitchen in the unit, and a great location that is far enough out of the way to be quiet and close enough to get most places within 10 minutes (depending on Branson traffic of course). I would venture to say this is the best bang for you buck in Branson!

Nice place and location. It was clean but Needs updating. Couch and chairs are worn and need replaced. Carpet need replaced. Just needs updated. Did not use any of the resort items but looks like lots to offer

Like the looks of property. There was no soap in the unit when we arrived. The toilet needed cleaning. The sofa was stained and dirty. A positive was the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. We stayed in a studio. The people staying in the one bedroom lockoff kept there TV in all night!! Not the property’s fault but was very annoying listening to voices all night long.
