Got the executive suite, there was nicks and chipped paint on the walls and dings in the walls. The jets in the tub were dirty. And there was only one chair at the table you could sit in that you didn’t think it was gonna break. You could see whether there is water damage on the ceiling. And the crisper drawer in the fridge was broken.

The bed was very soft and bouncy - every time someone would move, it would bounce tremendously and wake the other party up. Pillows were too soft. The wall above the HVAC unit/below the window has seen a lot of water damage and has not been repaired. Very dated and worn - it shows greatly. However, the shower head, was super powerful and the water was super hot. I would probably not stay here again if I have other choices.

On our 2nd morning our door lock broke. Maintenance had to let us in around 0930. They said they would put batteries in. Returned to room about 2100 was locked out still. Front desk made us three sets of keys still would nit work, had to call Maintenance again they said it was not fixable. They had to come let us in room again to get our stuff. They gave us new room, luckily down the hall.
