Whether you've coming to Branson to relax, celebrate family time together, enjoy some lake time, or participating in a sporting event, we would love to welcome you to our condo!

This isn’t just a vacation rental; this is our vacation home, and we hope to share it with you. We spend over 25 nights a year in our happy place, so you can rest assured that it will have all of the comforts of home.

Our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formerly Eagles Nest), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

So close to Silver Dollar City that you avoid the traffic!!! You can spend your day at SDC and go back to the condo for lunch or a swim, and return to the park for an evening show. All tickets to SDC allow same-day visitors re-entry without an extra charge!

Recently renovated and super clean, our condo provides all of the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, on Table Rock Lake, or sightseeing around Branson. Our unit is a middle unit meaning that there are no stairs from the parking lot to the condo. We also have a 20 foot patio with multiple dining options.

Silver Dollar City, lake fun during the summer, the beautiful fall foliage, and wonderful holiday shows make this a great choice for a vacation or weekend get away any time of the year!

* FAMILY ROOM: 50 in flat screen 4K Smart TV w/ROKU, cable TV, WiFi throughout, and several USB charging ports. The sofa bed features a memory foam mattress which ensures you will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and walkout access to the 20 ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* MAIN BATHROOM: The main bathroom has a wider door and grab bars for accessibility.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The updated kitchen features stainless appliances and is completely furnished with coffee pots (both traditional and Kuerig), utensils, NEW pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports, and washer/dryer. The NEW dining table seats up to 6 when expanded.

Towels, linens, and supplies such as washing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided.

* 20 FT PATIO: This is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee, read a book, or watch your children play in the yard or at the playground. There is a dining table that offers seating for 6 as well as a high top with seating for 4. It was completely stripped and stained in Spring 2024. The resort also offers charcoal grills on property with a few located near our property. There are no open flames allowed on the patio.

* IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping, and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort amenities include: outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball goal, children's playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim. The pool and hot tub are generally available between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Check with us for extended availability.

Nearby - within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

BRANSON SHOWS, water parks, putt-putt, novelty museums and other attractions less than 20 minutes away.

We have 1 additional condo in a nearby building in the same resort. It is approximately 50 yards from this condo, and offers amazing expansive lake views from the penthouse. The VRBO number is 4383542.

The unit itself was nicely decorated and very clean. Only real problem was the neighbors upstairs. They had some very rambunctious children that started in around 10 pm to about midnight eàch night. We thought they were going to literally drop in for a visit.

Beautiful walkin condo/no stairs. Great location. I would love to give this 5 stars except the hot water didn't last enough for a full shower. We were only furnished with 2 wash cloths for 4 adults. I had to purchase enough to last through our weekend. Everything else was wonderful.

It was the worse 2 nights I have ever experienced. The people up stairs banged on walls and constantly moved furniture. Their child cried and screamed alot and ran the floor front to back door from 10 pm to 1 am both nights. We will never stay there again.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Clean and cozy. Only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were not filled and we couldn’t swim.. we were wanting some adult time in the hot tub and there wasn’t even one on site. Super convenient for SDC and even accessible for DoorDash. Will return again.

The condo was nicely decorated. The hide away bed in the couch is broken and the matching recliner is also broken. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The condo was very clean and easy to find. We loved the located to Silver Dollar City.

Very nice stay. We would consider a return to the same location.
This property is very close to Silver Dollar City. Pros: clean, comfortable beds, quiet area, view of lake, close to everything on Indian Point. Cons: small pool, difficult walk to get to lake, cheap construction of building- can hear everything your neighbors do, floor squeaks, nails sticking up on deck (no fault to owner for construction).

The overall stay was good. The property was clean and well cared for. We cooked breakfast, and found the kitchen adequate. The beds were comfortable. The internet was slow for the television Roku. The hot water heater was an issue. Showers lasting longer than 2 minutes turned cold. Also, the latch/lock for the sliding door was faulty and it took several tries to lock the sliding door in the living area. If the owner looks into these things, a stay here would be excellent as it is only 12 minutes from Branson attractions and 5 from Silver Dollar City.

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
No handicap parking, i had to ask a truck to back up off of the sidewalk so i could enter my ramp to my condo! Daily of 5 days there had problems with parking !!! Not handicap accessible at all, toilet paper holder for lift from toilet, broke when I stood 1st 5 min there! Rooms and kitchen not big enough for a wheelchair especially kitchen resulting in marks from my wheelchair. Place is emaculently clean, not overly decorated like some I've had, comfortable furniture, great location. If I was able to walk this would have been perfect, just not handicap accessible as stated by listing when i DM them! No handicap parking! Please don't say handicap accessible if it is not!!!

An Excellent Family Getaway
The location of this unit is great! It’s very close to SDC, and only minutes away from the main strip. It’s also a great location within the Eagles Nest community! It’s right across the street from the convenience store and the playground. In comparison to a different EN unit that we stayed in before, I think the bed is more comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is better. The family room area is carpeted which is nice to have, especially for small children who want to lay/play on the floor. We didn’t cook much during this stay, but it appears that all of the basic kitchen tools you need are provided (including a dish drainer which the other EN unit we stayed at did not have). I like how this unit has a table with 6 regular chairs to use instead of having to squeeze into a bench or use a bar stool to accommodate more than 2 people. You can barely see the lake from this unit because you’re looking down on the other buildings, but that didn’t bother us. We’re definitely keeping this unit in mind for when we go back to Branson!
