The room’s air conditioner wasn’t great and the beds were super uncomfortable. The mattresses had dips in them, leaving us all with backaches.

Room smelled moldy. Air conditioner filter was black. Property was dirty. Housekeeping walked past trash sitting outside our room our entire stay. Bugs crawling around in the sink. Very noisy, someone walked by you could hear everything. We did inform staff while we were there. I’ve stayed at much better hotels for a lot cheaper. For a resort I was very disappointed. I’ll be staying at Marriott or Holiday Inn next time. Or even one of the cheaper resorts in town but will not be returning to this one. The cabins might have been better but we were put in the hotel portion of the property. The property was in a great location. Just needed some love. Staff was super friendly on check in and when we would interact. I tried to cancel but could not since we booked through Expedia lesson learned pay the few extra dollars and book with resort itself.

I didn't realize that they didn't include breakfast with the stay. The pool and hot tub were nice. I like that it is open until 11pm. There was a lot of renovation happening. The store they have is expensive on a lot of the items. The room had comfortable mattresses and pillows and they included extra blankets in the dresser drawers. The vanity area had a cool zoom mirror that pulled out from the wall and lit up for makeup people. We enjoyed our stay. One of the better hotels we've been to.

Nothing looked like it did in the photo’s the hotel room walls were super thin and could hear everything like they were in the room with you the door didn’t seal so bugs got in there was no restaurant or bar just a market that sold some food items game room is overpriced and everything closes really early but the pool stays open late

We were booked into a different room than what was advertised. We would have chosen another property if the photos accurately displayed the room received. The property staff was supportive in letting us know all the events that were scheduled. Our “cabin” was very dirty and could see dirt footprints when we first got there.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We were greeted very nicely, everyone had smiles, talked with us..not at us! Very helpful. A short way to the main strip, pools and hot tub were awesome. The only thing missing was a restaurant and adult lounge, but both of those were not far. We will definitely book here again...

It was great. Room was just right for us. Onsite Market and Pizza place was great. Didn't have time to explore much of the resort otherwise. Plan on coming back with family sometime.

This place is so gross and unclean. The amount of spiders and bugs is ridiculous. The decor is from the 70’s and not in a good way. The carpet smells so bad we went to a place to buy air fresheners. We asked to move from our 1st room. Expedia lied to us about what we paid for. All around the worst nightmare scenario ever.

Our room was walking distance to pool. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Dislikes activities needed updated mini golf .. and need pool for kids and pool for adults no restraunts to eat at. Only starbucks coffee .
