Nao foi boa. Estava com limitação de mobilidade, pois fiz uma cirurgia no pe. Pedi um quarto no terreo mas me colocaram em um local com escada. O quarto tinha bichos.

A princípio eu havia ficado em um quarto que fica no subsolo, logo tinha muito cheiro de mofo e as condições da cama eram péssimas, não dormi direito me coçando de alergia, no dia seguinte pedi pra mudar de quarto devido os problemas e a moça da recepção prontamente resolveu e me trocou de quarto, este último foi ótimo. O café da manhã é bem variado e a localização é excelente. Voltaria novamente.

Fui alocado para o quarto 101 e vi que havia esadas e não tinha elevador. Informei que estava com mobilidade reduzida, pois fiz cirurgia recente e estava usando uma bota. Falei que seria ruim ficar subindo e descendo escadas. Ainda assim, descumprindo regras de acessibilidade, me mantiveram em um quarto com.escadas e sem acesso a elevador.

O hotel é antigo, mas o quarto 209, onde fiquei, é espaçoso, porém apresenta problemas de iluminação, com luz apenas em um lado do ambiente. O banheiro, também amplo, mas não possui box na área do chuveiro, o que faz com que o piso fique todo molhado após cada banho, tornando-o escorregadio e aumentando o risco de quedas. Recomendo cuidado. E para completar, o ar-condicionado estava com vazamento, pingando em cima da mezinha. Se você busca silêncio, evite esse quarto. Ele fica ao lado da cozinha, e o barulho constante de pratos e talheres sendo lavados durante a manhã causa bastante incômodo. O café da manhã é simples e servido em uma sala extremamente pequena. Além disso, o hotel não oferece almoço ou jantar, se você quiser, tem que ir para o hotel da frente ou ir para o Brasília Shopping(caríssimo). A recepção é pequena e simples, e o atendimento deixa a desejar. A funcionária Ketlin que me atendeu foi displicente e não encontrou o pagamento da minha reserva, mesmo após eu ter confirmado o pagamento antecipado. Só depois de mostrar o comprovante é que ela reconheceu o erro. Mesmo ela sabendo que dezenas de hóspedes iriam participar de um concurso no domingo às 8:00, não antecipou o horário do café da manhã, foi curta e grossa. No geral, a experiência foi decepcionante, especialmente considerando o preço elevado. Não recomendo.

Precisa de manutenção urgente !! O ar não funcionava , tinha que fazer gambiarra . A descarga não funcionava, não tinha pressão . O banheiro um cheiro de fossa que era bem complicado . O atendimento e a limpeza ok Eu não ficaria novamente .
