The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Solicitei quatro para três amigos e nos deram um quarto com uma cama casal e uma solteiro, feito contato com os serviços de locação informaram que não trocaria o quarto e que eu me virasse como iria nos acomodar. Não forneceram cobertores e nem se quer fizeram a substituição das toalhas de banho e sabonete para o banheiro. Também não ofereceram café da manhã. Não recomendo Fênix Flats

Toalhas, velhas e com mal cheiro, sabonete de pessima qualidade, quarto precisando de pintura e reparos, aspecto de mal cuidado. Colchão bom, porém com cheiro muito forte com plástico no Box.

Sem cobertor, sem shampoo, com buraco na parede
O quarto nao dispõe de cobertor. Passamos frio de noite. Ademais, o aparelho de ar condicionadi nao funciona e fica impossivel aquecer o quarto. O banheiro não tem shampoo, nem concicionador. Dentro do box tem o dispenser, mas não tem.nada dentro. Assim como tem um frigobar, mas tambem sem nada dentro. Há buraco na parede, dentro de uma gaveta do quarda-roupa temnum pedaço de pano sujo. Muito ruim. Pior: como é um Flat dentro de um hotel, a recepcao nao ajuda em nada. Nao podem fornecer nada. O hospede passa frio e o pessoal da recepção diz que "nao pode estar fazendo nada".
