I am a woman of a certain age. Hot flushes are frequent. To be told no air conditioning nor was the fridge working in the suite that I had upgraded to. I was told that even though I was in a suite the fridge wouldn't work! (I did request a fridge prior to upgrade as I have medication that needs to be stored in a fridge). Worst night sleep in my entire life. Had to open the windows for a breeze but then the trams kept me awake most of the night. Finally dropped off just after 2am had the to be up at 5.30am Breakfast. 6.30am I got there early as I needed to be at the flixbus for 7.20am. The coffee was tepid at best. I selected a latte machiatto. Cappuccino next again this was tepid so third time luck I opted for espresso then added hot water and milk. This time it was hot but by the 3rd attempt it was too late to fully drink it. Choice of food was ok, again it was just warm not hot barely tepid. I'm not the only person in the world that would rather have hot bacon a d has browns.

The Park inn was the perfect location to explore Beatislava. It was spacious new and very clean. It had everything you needed for a short getaway.

Very close to tourist attractions like 5 min walk.staff are nice,clean hotel, i had the view of the river and UFO,bed was comfortable. I did get a chance to dine in at the restaurant next time when i come back definitely stay in this hotel again and try their restaurant.

Great location, service almost non existent.
Great facilities and location. Pool and saunas were excellent. The room was clean but quite compact. The bed was very low and not very comfortable. No welcome bottles of water and only 2 coffee sachets, which were not replenished. We asked at reception, no apology just we can give you some here. The coffee that we did have, we had to clean the cups ourselves. These are little things, but they are irritating and disappointing.
