Cooking/Dining/Living
To the first floor is a very spacious, open plan style kitchen/dining room which opens out to a lovely large sitting room. Both the dining area and living room have bi-fold doors out to the expansive balcony and enjoy fabulous views across the village and out to sea. The kitchen is impressive and fitted with everything you may require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including 2 ovens, built in microwave, hob, central island with bar stools, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table and chairs seating 10 people.
The living room provides comfortable seating for 10 with a smart tv and plenty of space for entertaining.
Sleeping
There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 to the ground floor (3 & 5) and 3 to the first floor (1, 2 & 4).
The master suite offers a walk in wardrobe, king size bed, en-suite shower room and doors out to the balcony enjoying sea views.
Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and is fitted with a king size bed.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with doors leading to the balcony
Bedroom 5 on the ground floor is a day room with tv, double sofa bed and a study area/desk. French doors lead onto the hot tub area.
Bathing
There is a spacious, modern family bathroom to the first floor with free-standing bath, separate walk in shower, sink units and wc. to the ground floor (serving bedroom 3 & 5) there is a shower room and Bedroom 1 & 2 both have en-suite shower rooms. There is an outside shower in the garden which is perfect for washing off after the beach.
Outside
There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles (a third vehicle can be parked behind the 2 parked cars) and there is also unrestricted roadside parking. The garden is south west facing and mainly lawned. The undercover terrace area houses the hot tub (included in the rental rate) where many evenings can be spent come rain or shine! The first floor gives access to the expansive decked balcony where two sun loungers and a new garden furniture set provide the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the sea!
The property has the facility for EV charging of vehicles, this is paid when you arrive at the property using the designated app which you scan.

Free wifi is provided as well as bed linen and hand, bath and hot tub towels.
Two pets are accepted at this property (charges apply) - pets are allowed upstairs but not in bedrooms.

The property has a Nespresso coffee machine, it's a Pixie machine so does not take the 'domed' capsules, only the original capsules.
The property has EV charging for vehicles, this is paid when you arrive at the property using the designated app which you access by scanning a QR code when you arrive - charging leads not provided.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

This property is accessed via a keysafe. An email will be sent 14 days before arrival, providing you with the full address, directions to find and keysafe number.
