The Space:
Settle in for a memorable mountain getaway in this charming Blue River cabin! The bright and spacious home is filled with mountain charm with log paneled walls, stylish cabin decor, high ceilings with multiple skylights throughout the home, and windows overlooking the surrounding trees. A real highlight of the home is the incredible deck that is situated next to Spruce Creek, a year-round creek, so you can enjoy the sound of running water no matter what season you are visiting!
When you step inside the home, high ceilings and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone hearth greet you, giving a wow factor from the moment you enter the door. The main level of the home features an open and social layout with the living room/dining room/kitchen all connected, a great layout for groups wanting to relax together. When you step through the front door, you will arrive in the bright and cozy living room. This room is well situated between the dining room and kitchen, so you are central to all the action! The living room boasts a couch, loveseat, and a sitting chair situated around the impressive stone hearth fireplace. Snuggle up as you warm by the fire and enjoy a movie night, or relax and take in the views out of the many windows that fill this space with natural light.
Connected to the living room is the dining area where you will find a dining table with seating for 8 situated next to a large window looking out at the surrounding trees. A pass-thru window into the kitchen which is adjacent to the space makes it easy to bring fresh dishes to the table for family-style meals. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find all you need to prepare meals during your stay with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a full range of cookwares including a crockpot which is perfect for preparing those hearty wintertime meals. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a mud room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer and storage space.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the first of the home’s three bedrooms located on the main level just off the living room. This bedroom is a peaceful oasis with bright windows looking directly at the surrounding trees and providing a beautiful view to wake up to! The bedroom features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 39” TV, and a walk-in closet providing ample storage space. From the bedroom, you can access a Jack and Jill bathroom that can also be accessed from the living room. This full bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity and a white tiled bathtub/shower combo.
Head up the stairs to reach the other two bedrooms, which are located on separate ends of the upstairs, providing additional privacy. The first upstairs bedroom is perfect for families with little ones to share, with both a full-size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Easily share this bedroom which has the added comfort of a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The attached full bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub combo. Head down the upstairs hallway, which overlooks the lower level of the home, to reach the third bedroom. This inviting room features a queen-size bed with a skylight right above it, so you can watch the stars from the bed before pulling down the shade covering. The bedroom includes matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a TV on top, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom has a single-sink vanity, a bathtub/shower combo, as well as access to a walk-in closet.
In the summer months be sure to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces the home features with a large front porch boasting several chairs to sit in, and the spacious deck located next to the year-round creek. The deck can be utilized year-round with a covered area featuring a patio table with chairs and a BBQ. Or, walk down the wooded path to an extra deck space that will place you right by the creek, so you can fully embrace the tranquil nature surrounding this home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, as well as parking for four vehicles in the driveway in front of the home.

Situated in a peaceful wooden setting in the beautiful Blue River area, this home is the perfect launching pad for enjoying all the area has to offer. The home is surrounded by gorgeous nature providing ample opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, biking, and hiking. In the summer months, the summer months you can hike the Crystal Lakes or Spruce Creek Trail - which takes you to Continental Falls and Mohawk Lake - from the trailheads found just 10 minutes from this home. In the winter months, you can hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort - less than 15 minutes away from this stunning home. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends, all while being just a short 6-minute drive to downtown Breck. Enjoy the bustling city life in the Breckenridge Historic District where you will find a wide variety of dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities to keep the entire group entertained.
Getting Around:
This home may have you feeling off the beaten path, but you are in fact just three miles to Breckenridge’s bustling Main Street! Once in Breck hop onto the Main Street Trolley, a great option for exploring downtown, Breckenridge. For those traveling without a vehicle, you are mere minutes from a public transportation stop! A quick 6-minute walk will take you to the Blue River Road Commuter bus stop on the FREE Summit Stage Bus' Blue River Commuter and Park County Commuter lines. Jump on the bus at the Rustic Terrace NB stop and be in Breckenridge within minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Guests should be aware that this home is located off of CO-9 highway, so there will be some ambient traffic noise throughout the day, although it typically dies down in the evening and nighttime.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
