River Mountain Lodge is located right beside the beautiful cascading Blue River in the heart of Breckenridge. An easy walk across the covered walking bridge to the shops and restaurants of downtown yet peacefully set at the bottom of the Four Oā€™Clock ski run. Walk the block to the Gondola to take you to the top of Peak 8 or take the Free Shuttle that arrives at the door.

River Mountain Lodge is a smoke free facility offering a 24 hour front desk service and an inviting fireside lounge. The outdoor swimming pool is a great diversion to your ski vacation or a wonderful summertime activity. The four hot tubs are an excellent way to unwind after an active day any time of the year. There is also a well-equipped fitness center which also includes a sauna and steam room. Complimentary ski, snowboard and bike storage is there for your convenience. An excellent onsite restaurant is located within the lodge if you donā€™t feel like cooking and just want to chill for the evening. River Mountain Lodgeā€™s Fireside Lounge is also a delightful spot to enjoy aprĆØs ski with friends or a cold beer on a warm summer afternoon.

The free heated underground garage is perfect but you wonā€™t have need of your car for the duration of your stay. Why drive when you can walk or take the free shuttle anywhere you may want to go.

We love the time we spend at our condo. With a full kitchen we enjoy great family meals when we gather at the condo for ski weekends. We all enjoy the cozy atmosphere with the gas fireplace, comfy furniture and a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room. The condo does sleep four as we have an excellent queen sized mattress in the pull out couch.

The bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed with a rustic pine post headboard and another flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Both TVā€™s have Roku, full cable subscription and excellent complimentary high speed WIFI provides all the amenities of home.

We love our condo and the memories that we have made. We hope that you will do the same.

Perfect location

Great place in the perfect location to ski and enjoy Breck
What a great condo in the best location imaginable. The gondola is an easy walk and Main Street is even closer. The condo is cozy and well appointed. Check in and check out are very easy. The owner was very welcoming and available by chat.

Wonderful condo!
Wonderful condo in the heart of Breckenridge. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay. Access to the mountain and town are a breeze for this location, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will certainly try to say here again!

Christmas in Breck!
As a family we decided to start making memories during the holidays and we started that tradition by traveling to Breckenridge to spend a week around Christmas. We got 3 days of snow fall and the skiing was great! The condo is located right at the end of the 4 o'clock run so you literally ski back to the condo everyday. Also, located a block off of Main St. so it is super close to shopping and restaurants. Had a great vacation and hopefully we will be able to do it again in the future. Ken and Marlene were great with communication making sure we had all the info we needed to make checking in and out as easy as possible. Couldn't have asked for better hosts.

What a wonderful town and this is the best ski location! Unit slightly outdated but the location and host are the best. Would definitely stay here in the future. Had a great time in Breckenridge!

The property was as described & pics were accurate. Faces main road but with white noise on you couldnā€™t hear a thing. Kitchen is lightly stocked but for a short stay it had all we needed to cook. Would stay here again walked to Gondola to ski and to Main Street for shops and entertainment.

The whole property was very clean, except for some of the kitchen-ware. Also be wary of the hot tub, as the water had so much chlorine in it that it lightened up my blue swim trunks, and left my affected skin very red for several days. The property owners were very nice and communicative however.

Perfectly Located
This property was warm and cozy and located a block to the Gondola, or directly on the free city shuttle bus route, with a convenient stop right in front of the building. On the last day, our family skied right to the bottom of the Four O'Clock run, which is just across the street from the entrance to the building. We enjoyed the warm fireplace on those below zero temperatures at night, and the comfortable seating that is grouped around the fireplace. The television has all kinds of channels and streaming services, so we were entertained during the time we spent indoors. The 14 degrees below zero weather we had during our stay kept us out of the outdoor hot tubs at the property, but we did see other guests enjoying them. There is a bar and food served in a restaurant directly in the building, if you prefer staying in. However, the best of Breckenridge restaurants and shops around Main Street are a very short walk away. Nothing is more than a ten minute leisurely stroll from this condo. You couldn't ask for a better located place. We left our car in the underground garage the entire week. Both beds were quite comfortable, and the in unit washer and dryer was very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was other worldly. We live in a city with water restrictions, so having a shower like this made me feel like Caligula. Very decadent! Staff at the River Mountain Lodge were helpful, with a ski valet in the lobby should you bring your equipment back with you each night. Communication with our host was always prompt and helpful. Thank you Ken and family for sharing your lovely home with us on our fun ski trip to Breckenridge.

Very Clean and a Great Location
The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. We walked to dinner and the shops. We caught a shuttle right in front of the lodge to get to the gondola and skied down Four O'clock run kicked our skies off and walked across the street to the lodge. Also, the property owner was quick to respond. The gas fireplace pilot light was out. We reach out and it was fixed immediately.

This apartment is very spacious, situated smack in the middle of downtown, within walking distance to everything in town. We stayed for a wedding in fall, so didn't need to shlep skis etc. We really appreciated the super comfortable king-sized (which is a rarity) bed.
