You’re only 100 yards to Main Street where you can spend hours exploring interesting shops or enjoying a tasty meal prepared in a historic mining town. Whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, you’ll feel at home with everything you need for a refreshing stay.
The Space:
The condo has its own deck with a table, seating and a stainless steel gas grill. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful outdoor views.
Inside, there’s a bedroom with a king size bed and another with a queen and an air mattress so you can sleep 6 with ease. Two full bathrooms make it convenient for multiple guests. The living room has a cozy fireplace, leather furniture and flat screen TV. It shares the open-concept space with the dining room and fully-stocked kitchen.
There’s garage parking with one dedicated spot and an additional guest space. Coin laundry (see Guest Access for details) is available on the unit floor.

Guest Access:
There is a laundry room on each floor. $1.75 per wash and $1.50 per dry. Quarters only so bring change or have a drink at the Quandary, about 150 feet outside the door, and buy a roll of quarters.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The Neighborhood:
This convenient neighborhood is a short walk to town, and a short, 6 - 9 minute drive to the free gondola taking you up above exclusive neighborhoods and marvelous mountain meadows. There’s plenty to see and do whether you stroll the historic charm of Main Street, sightsee or enjoy one of the many other activities available nearby.
Getting Around:
This unit is walkable to town. Uber is also available.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
