Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking for 1 vehicle.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Ski Hill 14 is a newly renovated 2-bedroom condo, 2 bath, 1100 square foot condominium.
This unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests.
The décor is elegantly designed with rustic touches to create that one of a kind mountain retreat.
The unit has a ski rack for use as you enter the condo.
The fully equipped kitchen features a new electric stove and dishwasher. There is a crockpot, coffeemaker, and microwave oven. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens. A large dining table is attached to the kitchen area.
The large counter in between the kitchen and dining area can be used as a workspace with free Wi-Fi.
The large master bedroom as a queen bed. The shower off the master is equipped with a double headed shower and with a heated marble floor.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom with a large shower.
There is also a twin sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
Guests have access to the balcony with 2 high top chairs and table with a view of the summit and aspen trees.
Gas fireplace.
The laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor of the building and are coin operated.
The complex is 1 block from the Gondola and 1 block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can ski to the parking lot of the Gondola, just across Park Ave from the Ski Hill Complex. There is covered parking and an elevator in each building. Only one parking pass is provided.
WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk up the street to get to the Snowflake Chairlift,800 feet, or walk 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, to get you to the Peak 8 and 9 chairlifts. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to the Gondola parking lot, which is just across the street from the Ski Hill Complex for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk 1/2 block up Ski Hill Rd to the Lomax Placer Trail that connects to the 4 O'Clock Trail. At that point, you can cross walk across 4 O'Clock Rd and catch either of two easy trails alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. Or for the more adventurous, you can continue up the 4 O'Clock Trail and up to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 or connect to the many trails going up, over and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. Mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail in the summer or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
