This 1,008-square-foot condo is plush and comfortable in every season, whether you're opening the balcony doors to let in the fresh mountain air or curling up by the gas fireplace after an exciting day of skiing and snowboarding. Enjoy a quick stroll to the base of Peak 9 and the bustling hub of historic Main Street, a TV in the living area and each bedroom, and enviable on-site amenities that include several hot tubs, an expansive outdoor pool, and a well-appointed fitness center.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Great location for town. We were surprised how small the balcony was! And that the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker! We would also suggest footstools so short people could get on the beds easily. More washcloths would also have been helpful.

Nice condo in central location
Nice property in very central location; corner unit on Main St. and South Park Avenue, so windows on 2 sides. The exit one floor below opens directly onto a lovely plaza of shops and restaurants. Spacious living area; main bedroom is large and the guest bedroom is on the small side with a very tall queen bed. The beds were quite comfortable, but the pillows seemed rather old. There are 2 balconies, and the one off the kitchen with 2 chairs is perfect for morning coffee. Since it was July and there is no A/C, we had the ceiling fans running constantly and windows open, and experienced noisy nights with loud voices, music, and revving car engines through the early morning hours. Wish we had been cautioned of this in advance. This is likely not an issue in the winter months.

Right on Main Street
The property location was very conveniently located on Main Street and walkable to everything. The place was clean and although we didn’t use the pool or hot tubs on the property, they looked nice. My only complaint would be the road noise you hear with the windows open. If the windows are closed, it isn’t too bad. I would stay here again just for the location if you want easy access to Main Street.

Great Location
Condo is as advertised in the photos. All the necessary amenities were included upon check in. Location cannot be beat. Walk to downtown and a short walk across the plaza to ski school and the Quicksilver lift. Would definitely return.

Great place for skiing/close to town.
This was a great value for the price. It was very close to the Quicksilver lift (5 minute walk). Ski valet was easy in the building next door. Main Street is right out your doorstep.
