Great Property
This home lived up to expectations. This is the first VRBO that I have stayed at with a genuinely complete kitchen. Top of the line appliances with cookware that was new and functional. The property was extremely clean and the theater in the basement was impressive and easy to use. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Breckenridge.
The house is great and in a really nice location close to town. We skied less that ten minutes away, perfect. Only issue was with the property management company. We had an issue with the refrigerator which they were easy to get ahold of, great. We resolved the issue that evening and they said they would let the maintenance crew know. The next morning we woke up to someone in our house? We have three children and the last thing you expect or want your family to see is a stranger in your house. The employee of the company was very pleasant and when I asked why he would not call or text that he was coming, his response was that he knocked? I called the manager of the management company and his response was less than what I would expect if I owned this house. In short he said they had no way of letting the maintenance crew to text or call before arrival or entry. He explained that they are in the ‘field’ and there is no way of communicating with them. I am not from Colorado, but I assume text and cell phones are just as useful as they are everywhere else.

This cabin was incredible. The location was perfect. It was spacious and cozy. The floors were heated which was a great surprise. Garage is heated as well. Great large hallway to hang all of your winter/ski gear. The hot tub not pictured fits 8 people. It worked great and was cozy after a day of skiing. The kitchen had everything needed even some leftover spices, coffee filters, sugar, etc. to help. The beds were comfortable. We took a friend vacation and the property was plenty large for us to all feel we had our own space. Cant say enough good things about the property.

Beautiful mountain views, close to BRECK skiing.
We enjoyed our stay. Only improvement I would suggest are to have wooden salad bowls and maybe wooden servers. Everything was pretty great. Ice machine didn’t work well, but when texted, the property managers sent someone out to fix it. They also helped us figure out the massive stereo and large screen the controls.

Wow.... great stay in the Highlands
So, if you are looking to stay in Breckenridge this is a solid option. For about the same price as a tiny ski in/ski ouot condo you can stay in a 3 bedroom mansion about 3 miles away. Views are unreal and pictures do not do it justice. Easy check-in, easy to find, very clean (actually immaculate), all the cooking stuff you need, etc. Downside... Okay so here is me being nick picky - There is no TV upstairs in great room. I like to watch the news as I eat breakfast early in am. The garage is hard to get the car into because of orientation. If you can get past these two things the place is perfect for a family get-a-way. Enjoy!

High End Rental in Breckenridge Highlands Neighborhood
The property was as advertised - very high end and clean. Heated floors, beautiful bathrooms with custom showers, chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, picturesque valley views from the back deck, hot tub and fire pit on back patio, etc. Only one bedroom (the master) upstairs, and the other two bedrooms in the basement. Nice living room with large TV and sound system in the basement. Upstairs family room lacks a TV, and the sound system was difficult to use. We had a wonderful time and nice centrally located in the Breckenridge/Frisco/Dillon area. Only suggestion is to put a TV in the upstairs family room so guests can watch a football game or whatever in that amazing kitchen/family room area. Also, make the sound system easy to hook into, with a bluetooth, direct audio cable, or Sonos-like connection. Most guests just want to play their Spotify/iTunes playlists, so making it easy to just plug in is key. Overall an amazing house that we would stay at again.

Pictures Don’t Do This Home Justice
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us over the Christmas holiday. The photos and description truly do not do justice to the beauty of this home and the incredible views. The artwork inside is beautiful and compliments the home wonderfully. We were close to Town but removed the perfect distance from it as well. The garage was perfect for storing skis and keeping the car snowfree and ready to roll each morning. The mudroom was perfect- could only be made better with some boot driers! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in- could use a deep clean as some drawers had a few crumbs. A larger, better toaster would be wonderful! The grill was great- we cooked out several times. We did initially have to de-ice the grilling porch as the door would not open completely due to ice. In the winter the grill might benefit being on the porch with the table where it’s slightly more protected. The grill cover is in need of a bungee cord as it flies off in the wind frequently. The view from the main room upstairs is just incredible- a wonderful spot to spend by the fire with a book. The beds were comfortable throughout and the setup of the house is very nice! We had 4 teenagers with us and the downstairs was their retreat. Downstairs the bathtub needs a shower curtain to be utilized. But we were not inconvenienced as there is also the separate shower. It took a while for us to figure out the sound system- the laminated directions mentioned on the check in sheet are no longer there. The small additions of some throw pillows on the basement sectional would make it more enjoyable as well as some throw blankets- although COVID might be the factor in whether these are allowed. Overall, this home was wonderful! The addition of these items mentioned would make this a top notch rental. Also, the rental company was very responsive to one small issue and very friendly. Thanks for making a great first trip to Breckenridge for our family!
