Great property. The location was perfect. Th shuttle was an added bonus. The owners had everything one could need. It was so nice not have to to worry about the little details like sugar or cooking oil it was all there and then some.

Clean, Well Equipped, and Peaceful Location
My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much at this property. It was very clean. It was also the best equipped property we have ever stayed at. A lot of little things that make a difference when you are traveling and staying someplace that is not home. For example, one cupboard contained a nice selection of spices and seasonings. There was a box of multiple teas and Keurig coffee pods. We also loved the location - easy to get to the bike trails and downtown Breckenridge. Having a garage made storing our bikes inside very convenient. One challenge with many Colorado properties is the number of stairs to get to the living space and bedrooms. This property had all bedrooms and living area on one level. We had a great time here.

Summer Trip- Book this townhome!
We come to Summit County a few times a year and usually rent. This is by far one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had. The whole townhome is thoughtfully furnished, and comfortable. The proximity to Main Street, the gondola, and trails was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! My husband always says I spend way too much time reading reviews before we books something- so let me save some others some time- book this townhome- you won’t regret it!

What a beautiful place to stay. Well stocked kitchen (loved the coffee & tea choices) and all amenities. Great location. Communication was fantastic before the trip and owner left many helpful suggestions for places to eat & drink. Can't wait to go back.

Great place!
This property is a gem! It is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown or if you don't feel like walking you can catch the free shuttle. The space was very clean and comfortable. In fact, the moment my husband and I checked in we sat in the recliner chairs and fell asleep!

Beautiful spot with a perfect location!
An awesome location truly walking distance from Main Street! Loved the high ceilings and natural light. The unit does get warm during the daytime for a summer trip but the trick is opening the windows upon arrival to allow a cross breeze while you go out to explore. If you need to work while there, the internet is tricky…while the maintenance team was helpful in suggesting ways to fix, they still had to come next day to troubleshoot. Would be great if they ensure it’s working before guests arrive because you end up spending vacation time trying to work on it. Would love for the team to have offered late checkout to compensate for the amount of time spent on this particular issue. Otherwise would absolutely recommend and would stay again. Love the open kitchen living room floor plan as well as the porch right off the dining area. The pictures are very accurate to the space which is so helpful!! The host is more than responsive and sends great details on the area before you arrive which helps build excitement around the trip!

Great location.
The condo is comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Big master and bath. The 2nd room has king bed which takes up most of the room but we made it work. The beds are comfortable. The 3 TV’s cable & internet were not working. The Host is very good at returning messages daily however, we had to play tv repair man every night as we were told it may work now… unfortunately they were not fixed until we were checking out. That was frustrating as we like to watch news and a sitcom before settling in at night..the TVs have a complicated system of remotes so that seemed to make it harder. I would recommend to the host to label the light switches as there are many.. and to put brighter lights in the shared bathroom. It is dark. The big magnifying mirror on wall did not light up either so I used the master bath when putting on makeup. Check out was easy. Good location.

A Fabulous Property
The location, amenities, property management, provisioning - all top notch! We have stayed in many high-end VRBO properties around the world and this one was in our top five for quality and comfort. Our favorite features were the location, the heated garage, the very well stocked kitchen and multiple hot tubs (easy to find a private space). A bit pricey, but we got what we paid for!

The best of the best.
Everything was perfect. Stayed here for a week during ski season with my family (kids aged 7 and 10). Location was excellent— we enjoyed the free shuttle, the 4 o’clock trail ride home and the access at OneSkiHill. The condo itself was perfectly appointed— even better than the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings. We loved the amenities at Mountain Thunder and OneSki. The kids enjoyed bowling in the middle of the day to break up a long day on the slopes. Communication with Carmen was a 10 out of 10. Highly, highly recommend.

Perfect property!
The unit was beautiful and just as described. Great location, we shuttled to ski hill and ski’d home every day, and an easy walk to Main Street. The garage and lockers and room for boots and gear were a big plus as we had 4 people and lots of stuff. The rooms were large, kitchen fully stocked - we loved the keurig selections and would highly recommend this property and will be back!

This property was very nice. We enjoyed everything on one level. The kitchen could have been better equipped. However, we made it work as we enjoy cooking our own meals. Our biggest disappointment was working with the management company. We requested late check-out when we arrived. Was told to ask again later. Two days prior to our departure we asked if we could leave our fully packed car there while we skied, explaining that we would be totally out of the house with no need to re-enter. We were denied this and not in a timely manner. In the past, with many different Breck condos, the management company worked with us to find somewhere to park our car for free. One company even sent us to their office and said we could park there. This company had no suggestions. I will thank Carmen, as she suggested the gondola lot. Of course, we that was not free but it worked for us. Perhaps the management company could be a little more helpful.

Amazing in Every Way!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Mountain Thunder town home. It is incredibly comfortable, well-appointed, clean and lovely. The owner, Carmen, was very accommodating when we had to cancel our original stay in December 2022 due to the Southwest flight cancelations and the property management company provided clear and efficient communications. The town home is perfectly located - very close to town (we walked there for dinner most days) and the Mountain Thunder community has a private shuttle that will take you to the lifts. We will stay here again the next time we come to Breck!

Condo is in top condition and looks even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and with high quality furnishings. Wine fridge in kitchen a nice touch. Easy to operate, large BOSE Bluetooth speaker with great sound. Wonderful Weber grill that looks like it's never been used. Great and easy to operate fireplace on a convenient timer. Kitchen utensils, glass and dinnerware nice and plentiful. Super quiet dishwasher. Lots of pots and pans. Great coffee station. Comfortable beds. Bathroom large, clean, and well equipped. Heated garage that kept the car warm and comfy. Mountain Thunder condo area is beautiful and well kept. High quality. Short walk to Gondola. Also short walk to Main Street and wonderful restaurants like Giampietro's and Briar Rose. Didn't even try the tempting reciprocal membership amenities at Peak 8, didn't have time. Snuggled up in the leather sofas in front of the fireplace and watched the snow after long days of skiing instead. Great and extremely quick response text communication with the owner, always instant response for any questions. Everything was clean and polished. This condo is perfect, better than expected, and I expect a lot!

Every detail was considered for a comfy and cozy stay. The best kitchen amenities-including coffee and tea for cool days and nights. Very comfortable beds and quiet setting just blocks from Main Street. (It was off-season in mid-October so very quiet) Partial views from front and back of property. Heated garage too! Magical!
The condo we stayed in was beautiful and had everything you could think of. It even had a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in. We loved every bit of our trip. You are a short walk from downtown and all it has to offer. Some of our favorites to eat were Erik's, The Canteen, and Legends Steakhouse.
