Incredibly nice and responsive host. Awesome location, right in heart of everything which made our time very relaxed. Only word of advice, (and this is NOT a negative about the place or the host - because this was totally my fault) when parking in garage make sure you don’t park slightly crooked or at all on the yellow lines because you’ll get a tow warning sticker.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a Colorado trip we were making. Jeff the owner was super nice and communicated well for the arrival instructions. He also came up from Denver to fix the ceiling fan in the bedroom and an issue with the garbage disposal when we were there - asking first of course. Views from the back deck were incredible.

This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!

Great place to stay with easy access to Main Street right around the corner. Short walk to all restaurants and shops, we never got back into our car after parking it in the garage the day we arrived. It is a full 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair but that didn’t bother us. When we arrived we noticed the first morning that we were a little short on toilet paper and dish/hand soap so I emailed Jeff that morning and we were restocked before we came back for lunch that day. The communication was great. The hot tub is right out the door of the condo in the courtyard, so convenient and no cold walks back to the room. We would 100% book with Jeff again.

Great location, walk to it all!
My husband and I came to Breckenridge for our “baby moon” and stayed here! We had a great time and the location made everything so easy. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops on the main strip. There was a coffee shop just a few steps away which was really nice to start the mornings. The apartment was cozy, clean and quiet. I would recommend staying here and if we come back to Breckinridge we will stay here again.

Location was excellent! Everything was within walking distance. Did not need a vehicle but if we had the garage and access with elevator is nice and easy. The unit is well supplied with everything needed.
