Luxurious Los Pinos condo with everything you'd want in a Colorado vacation!

The complex provides you a great location, just a short walk to the Snowflake chair lift which takes you right up to Peak 8, access to the Upper Village pool, and onsite hot tub, and an easy trek to all your favorite Breckenridge locations. The 2 lifts are a short distance away for easy access to peak 8/9 and there is free wi-fi, a 12 person hot tub on site and free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away. The condo provides a heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski gear.

Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in mountain comfort, beginning with the cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area is outfitted with a six person table, and lies just adjacent to the granite covered kitchen. The kitchen is open and inviting, offering plenty of space and hardware to cook up a snow storm. There are two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and a captains bunk (twin over full) in the guest. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The garage is on smaller side, so larger vehicles will not fit. There is a washer and dryer in unit. This unit does have 1 flight of stairs.

Fantastic, well-located, clean, and comfortable apartment!

We had an incredible month at Los Pinos. The attached garage was perfect since we had multiple bikes with us, the apartment was spacious and exactly as advertised, the Dyson vacuum made cleaning up after our three young daughters much easier, and the place was priced very fairly. We had one tiny issue with the icemaker that was fixed promptly, and all our communications with the management team were great. They even sent us a few ideas for 4th of July activities with kids! I'd recommend this property without hesitation, and would love to stay here again the next time we return to Breck. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very cozy and nice

I really enjoyed this property. It was just the right size. Our Nissan Armada was very tight in the garage, but did fit. The management responded quickly to any small issue. We enjoyed this property a lot and would definitely rent again.

Clean and Great Location

Condo was very clean and cozy. Location is awesome. Snowflake chair is <5mins walking/skiing down hill from condo. ~20min walk to get into downtown Breck. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall a great experience.

Cozy Stay, Slow Check-in Communication

Nice weekend stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both downstairs, kitchen and living on main floor. Basic furnishings, a bit dated but classic cabin decor. Appreciated the extra fleece blankets, heated floor and timed fireplace. Kitchen adequately stocked with utensils, 2 coffee makers and Brita water filter. Hot tub was extra hot and good sized. Other reviewers mentioned toilet repair. Seemed a simple fix with chain, but still wasn’t resolved. Forced us to use one bathroom for the weekend. Downside, check in email didn’t arrive (checked spam) and communication was slow with the manager.

Nice but could use some replacements

Our stay was fine. Beds were comfortable and location was good. No air conditioning made it uncomfortable one day when it was 78 degrees. They need new pans. The toilet seat was broken upon arrival but was fixed within a few hours. The place could use an update soon, if not now. Decent price for what was given. Overall nice stay.

Breckenridge Getaway

We knew we had the best place when we walked in master bedroom and the bed had the exact same bedspread we have at home. Place was so perfect i couldnt convince my wife to leave (well finally did). Had everything we think you would need, was exceptionally clean, had three coffee makers, small but nice balcony to sit and drink morning coffee (had a small weber grill on it) and location was easy driving access, in walking distance (half mile) to main street and hiking trails. We are already talking about going back.

Awesome budget friendly rental

Traveled from MN to Breckenridge for a friend getting married. Awesome place to stay that was not only clean and accommodating to our early check in, but budget friendly. We even saw a baby and Momma moose grazing right outside our door for hours! We would absolutely recommend.

Didn't make it due to snow storm

Unfortunately the day before our trip there was a late spring snow storm and we didn't want to risk driving up to Breck especially when the host told me I'd need 4 wheel drive. So we stayed in Denver instead. I notified the host that we wouldn't make it and he said there would be no refund. I didn't expect a refund, since I know the policy. VRBO suggested I ask to change the dates later in the season, but the manager Toby would not do that, instead he said he'd give me a 10% discount if I rebooked later. Then I asked if I could at least get a refund on the cleaning fee. He just copied the part of the policy stating no refund into the message in VRBO app. Then I said ok, my review will reflect my experience, then he accused me of making threats. I understand this is a business, but Toby and Breckenridge Vacation Rentals are no longer someone I will deal with as they clearly favor money over repeat business.

Spring skiing base camp

Some friends and I spent a week here and got in some great ski runs at Breckenridge with a few day trips to beaver creek and Vail. The two bedrooms were perfect for us with a great living room and a serviceable kitchen. Overall we had a great time and will consider it for a future trip.

Good place but be advised about "ski-in/ski-out"

The condo was somewhat dated, but functional and clean. The location was nice but the side trail you have to take to get to the property is not that easy to navigate. Be ready to pole a good bit to reach the Snowflake lift base and the walk to town is not that easy. Overall good experience but be aware of the limitations of the location.
