Great location
We were able to walk to town and enjoy Breckenridge without parking hassles. The condo is well appointed. We particularly appreciated the soap, shampoo and hand soap dispensers. Not having AC was ok, as early June was not too hot.

Perfect in EVERY way!
Clean, comfortable and cozy. Quick walk to the lift, ski back and an easy 5 minute walk to the heart of town. Couldn’t have asked for more!

This had everything we needed-very close to downtown. Plus-covered garage parking included! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property management was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip!

Great place!
Super clean, comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Five minute walk to Snowlfake lift or ride the bus that picks up at the road. Covered parking is convienent. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would stay here again.

Our very quick stay was phenomenal. We walked everywhere. Perfectly situated condo for our group. We utilized everything from the hot tub to the outdoor grill to board games. Bedrooms were great. Pullout sofa was comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Even a blender for margaritas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making it such a memorable couple of nights.

Thank you for a great family vacation stay. In our case location was so important. We went to see the snow sculptures and we were within 5 minutes. This is one of the greatest locations we've ever had for walking downtown. We parked at the condo and never used our car until we left. It fit 6 adults perfectly and was very clean.

Nice, comfortable place.
A nice condo and well suited for my friends and I. Clean, well stocked with basics such as linens and kitchen items. The location is very convenient to Breck ski mountain and the middle of town. A few minor things like the TV's need to be upgraded and the bathrooms need some minor fixes.

Great location, unit needs some love
Overall it's a decent unit, but it's seen better days. Several light fixtures were broken or missing from the walls. Sink fixtures were loose. The beds were encased in a plastic cover that made noise and was rather uncomfortable.

Great place to enjoy Breckenridge
The unit was spacious enough for all 6 of us and we were able to make all the meals we wanted to make with what was provided. One of our kids slept in the foldout couch bed, and another kid slept on the floor on the couch cushions we took off the couch. It worked for the 3 nights we were there. It was nice to have covered parking, especially because of all the snow we were getting. Our only complaint is the lack of lighting in just about every room. Just seemed really dark due to lack of overhead lighting. The lamps just don’t light up the room. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Sundowner II room 125
Unbelievably spacious property with all the amenities from your own home. Great location, walking distance to the ski rental shop and Snowflake lift which gets you up peak 8 and anywhere else you want to go. Very clean. Would definitely come back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

We would definitely stay in this property again. It had everything we needed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we could walk to Main Street, shops, and Clints Bakery, which had great coffees and breakfast. It was a short walk to the chairlift. There was also a bus stop steps away.

Great Breck Condo!
The condo it's self is perfect for 2 couples who either want to ski, or hit the town. Perfect location!! We were able to ski down right to the condo complex driveway on the 4 O'clock run! And also a short 5 min walk to Main St. Shuttle bus pick up is right at the end of the driveway as well. The only negatives I can come up with would be: some hooks for coats and ski stuff to dry after skiing, and some info on recycling (which the condo complex does, it's all in the same location as where the trash goes). Other than that, great place!

It was wonderful staying here again. This is our second time staying at Sundowner II. It is literally a block or two fro Main St. Everyone is super friendly and we have 0 complaints. Was a great experience again. Would definitely book again.

Fabulous for our skiing family of four!
This place is perfect for a family! Two separate queens size bed rooms each with a full semi-modern but very clean bathroom! The living area was comfortable with a flat screen, gas fireplace and couch and loveseat. The kitchen was well equipped—-we cooked most meals here! Small washer and dryer, garage parking, elevator was a nice luxury! It’s about a six minute uphill walk to the Snowflake lift. Downhill you can take four o’clock run and get closer. We came home for lunch everyday! My only request would be for some hooks by the front door for all of the ski coats, etc. nowhere to keep your stuff to dry out. Would definitely stay here again! The PM was very accommodating with the small requests we had! Thank you!

Winter ski vacation in Breckenridge
Very nice. Good location to town. Easy access to skiing either uphill to snowflake lift or down hill to bus for gondola or peak 8. Condo is very well equipped and nicely decorated. Hot tub is also east to access Only issue was finding condo as # is 125 but you need to take elevator to second floor. We walked around the building twice with our luggage. Would stay here again!
