Lovely in-town stay
Cute historic house with lots of modern amenities. Such an amazing location. Parking situation was tricky, but otherwise a great rental for a friends and/or family get away.

Great warm comfortable home blocks away from Main Street, food, shopping, can walk anywhere. House has everything you need to make meals in too. Loved the local grocery store City Market had online pickup lockers very convenient. Thank you for sharing this historic warm home to us.

Great stay!
The cabin was exactly as advertised, and even better furnished than expected. The kitchen is STOCKED with everything you could need. Communication was professionally managed throughout and the whole experience was one of those easy, seamless stays. Can't beat the location, either.

Quaint House In Perfect Location
Our group really enjoyed our stay at 103 South French Street. It has a cute courtyard (with hot tub) at the entrance, and the layout was great with the common rooms being on the main level and the bedrooms upstairs. House is easy walking distance to all of Breckenridge businesses/restaurants, and has easy access to the town buses that take you to the gondola/slopes.

Great place to stay
Had a fantastic experience in Breckenridge. This place was awesome. The location is great. It’s a little walk to the gondola but totally doable. The house itself if very charming and well maintained and the beds were super cozy and comfortable. I recommend this place for your trip!

Charming old house
We had a great time in Breckenridge at the Walker House. It is a very old house with creaks and a narrow staircase but served the four of us very well. All the amenities were provided and the layout is good for such an old house. The ability to catch the bus across the street to access the gondola was convenient. A very friendly town (but expensive) and multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance made our visit. Property manager was always quick to respond and follow through. I recommend staying here as long as you realize it is an old house.

This is a great choice if you plan to visit Breck. Right next to Main Street, many great restaurant options and the free bus service within feet of this cottage. We would be interested in booking this location again in the future.

Ski Trip to Breck
We had a wonderful stay at The Walker House. The location could not be better--close to Main Street and across the street from the Blue Line RideFree Shuttle stop. The house itself is fabulous--cozy, fun, well stocked in the kitchen, and lots of little amenities to round out our "home away from home" experience. It was the perfect place to come back and enjoy time together (family of four) after spending the day on the mountain. We look forward to coming back again!!

Great Location near Main Street
I recently rented this property with my wife, parents, and two year old twins. The location is excellent and within walking distance to anything on Main Street. It is also a short drive to skiing although walking to the gondola is feasible and the bus route stops nearby at convenient times. The house is very nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed staying here for the comfort, convenience, and ambience. Great location and all of the amenities you would hope for. An incredible place for pets...only a few blocks from the dog park.

Wonderful rental!
The house is really cool, nicely furnished and decorated. Location was perfect for walking around town and getting to the lift. The beds were all very comfortable and the owners provide more than enough amenities! There were spices, condiments, aluminum foil, tea,coffee, wine, hand warmers! The living room was perfect for a group of 8! We had a great time, would totally rent again! Highly recommend!

COVID family getaway
We had a quick three night stay 1/30/21-2/2/21 and enjoyed the Walker house. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the shuttle for skiing. The house was very clean. We discovered a small leak from the master shower our first night that was fixed very quickly the following day. The handyman came in and took care of it and we never had an issue again. The hot tub was a welcome treat after skiing and snowshoeing.
