Good location
Property location is convenient and view is beautiful… Place is clean and nice… But didn’t like check in process with Pinnacle, we had to go to frisco to get our key and while going back had to go there to drop the key.. They should do better arrangement for check in. If We would have known the check in process before booking, I wouldn’t have book this one.. At night 12 pm we had to drive 20 miles to get keys and the day we left we had to drive another extra 20 miles to drop the keys…

We really enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the unit. The beds were super comfortable. The front bedroom was cold, but the space heaters warmed everything up nicely. We will look to stay here when coming back to Breck.

place is nice, and it was clean. good location. check in and check out process are bad, have to pick up keys (and drop off after trip) at an office that's 20 minutes away. can ski in/out from this building, on peak 8. peak 9 is much better for beginners/first timers (slopes are less steep than here at peak 8).

- true ski in/ ski out - provided free ski valet (GameChanger with kids). And free, on-demand transportation around town - 2 great size patios & face Grand Colorado - living room windows face peak 8 & my kids loved watching SnowCat groomers each night -entry has full bath (shower) - bunk room has twin over double - basically two master bedrooms (smaller one has connected patio, king bed & en suite shower. Master bdrm #2 is larger w/soaking tub & separate shower that features a steamer.

Location and facility is great. Fantastic view and good space for family of 6. Back guest room does not get good airflow. Guests in that room were extremely cold each night. Also difficult to not be a guest of the hotel, and be a VRBO guest. The front desk would not make keys, etc. wait to drive to the management office - 20+ minutes away. Big pain! Also, repaired toilet myself vs. waiting on offsite support. Also, simply disposing of trash, etc. was a painful affair. Great property, but a few challenges as a VRBO guest and no onsite support.

We loved it!
This is the perfect spot for skiing! The mountain and chair lift are right outside the building. There is a ski valet so you don’t have to lug around the heavy ski gear too! Super clean and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come back!

Spring Skiing at Breck
This property is exactly as advertised...a premium space on a terrific ski resort. The only knocks are that you have to stop in Frisco to get your keys before checking in, and the Breck Connect Gondola was only running from morning until 5:00 on a busy ski weekend. But the shuttle service was great and the location is hard to beat. Great time!

This property was the perfect location for skiing, access to peak 8, and the gondola, they are all steps away. The ski valet was amazing, the indoor pool, hot tubs, and movie theater were all great. The condo was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay at this property again.

WONDERFUL LOCATION!
Best location in Breck! Space was well utilized. Overall great accommodations! Check-in was 30 min away (in Frisco) and we were not informed of that until we already in Breck and had to spend an hour getting the keys, luckily we had rented our own vehicle or we would have been in real trouble connecting. This property did not have a sleeper sofa which we were counting on using for our party. When we contacted front desk they could not help because it is managed by an off-site independent management company who told us the owner just “redecorated” and the owner switched couches but the maintenance that was there to fix a clogged pipe told us this had been an issue with previous renters. The management company gave me a place to rent a cot and when I told them it was their responsibility, they balked but eventually rented the cot for us. The cot was from 1960 and would hardly be considered acceptable for the rate we paid per night! So if you have more than 8 people, find another option for sleeping arrangements! Other than being disappointed by the sleeping arrangements this property had an amazing location for our party and we enjoyed Breckenridge!
