Well appointed room, updated and great location
Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking to Main Street. Because it is so close to downtown it is a bit noisy in evenings when you open windows to sleep. But it's a trade off to be close to town. No A/C so you have to open windows to keep room cool for sleeping but it does let noise in.

Great location.
We were not able to check in the night we arrived as the office was closed. Thus we had to find somewhere else to stay the first night, incurring additional fees. There wasn't an emergency number at the location and the doors were locked.

Great location.
Located across the street from a ski lift and there was a complimentary ski valet in the lobby. There was a also a nice outdoor hot tub. Although the hot tub was shared, there was never anyone else in it when we went to use it.

Make sure your room is on the quiet side
Our room was very noisy. Heavy trucks drove up and down in front of our windows the entire night, even though it was not snowing. In short, we did not sleep much.

fabulous 1 bedroom apartment!
We checked in late so we had to pick up the key from the lock box. The room was nicely updated and decorated with all needed items for a stay. The Parking garage is tight, but so are all of them up here. We had a great mountain view!

Nice Place to Stay in Breck
Stayed here for our Anniversary weekend. Nice place, with easy access to everything in town. At the south end of Main Street, and everything is an easy walk from the condo. The only downside is that, if you have a unit on the east side of the building, the noise from the Dredge Bar can be a bit loud until 2:00 AM when they close. This is only a problem in the summer if you have the windows open. Winter -- not an issue.

Breckenridge gem
We enjoyed our stay at Park Avenue Lofts. The place is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, it was nice having laundry in the unit. Breckenridge is great fun in the summer and we enjoyed the location right off Main Street. I loved having the balcony overlooking the river.

Definitely Recommended
Excellent location, well equipped for price with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer etc, comfortable, easy for lifts, great view and balcony, heated underground parking & ski locker, lift. Right on Main Street, location couldn't be bettered with variety of eating places nearby. 20% discount for ski rental within building. Worthwhile driving to Wholefoods at Frisco for provisions especially if planning to eat in sometimes. Pull-out queen size bed comfortable. Not the biggest apartment but fine for 3 adults or 2 +2 kids. V close to Medical Cen if you need it! Make sure you book for dinner during busy periods or you'll be waiting for hours. Try Modis or Kenosha for dinner, Park & Main or French Bakery for breakfast. Overall a great place to stay, only downsides being no way of turning the heating down (open windows), from what others say could be noisy at Spring Break and other busy times as close to Main St and car park.

A good stay, with improvements it could be great
Pros: Great location, in the heart of town and only a 2 minute walk to the base of the lifts Cons: The beds and pillows. The main bed squeaks and the sofa bed had to be put on the floor because it was uncomfortable.

Great Location
These Lofts were better than expected. The location is literally feet away from main street. We were on the second floor and could see everything, the mountains, the creek, the street for the july 4th parade. Room has everything you need, full kitchen and fridge. Make sure you get your keys from Great Western down main street before you get to the location!

Beautiful view! But could be better.
When checking into the condos on Park Avenue, we drove for 20 minutes trying to find the location of the condos. There are no signs where they are located and when we did find them we were unable to get in. You need to go to the main office a 1/2 mile away to check in. This was information never given to me. In fact, I did get a confirmation email and they did tell me I never needed to call them and everything was ready for us. The young employees at the main office were not helpful or very understanding. The condo was nice and had a wonderful view of the mountains. The bedroom was extremely small. The kitchen was nice and the living room was comfortable but had a very small television, smaller than what was in the bedroom. The heating was horrible, it was so hot we were sweating. After calling about it, we were told the heating is set for the entire building and we could not change it. We slept with the fans on and the windows open in 0-20 degree weather. The underground parking was really nice. These condos are very close to ski lifts, shopping, and restaurants. We had a nice 4 night stay but I believe it could have been far better for the money we paid.

Simple and Enjoyable
We stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts just a few weeks before peak season started this winter. I got the room at a great price and we had a really enjoyable stay. It's just a basic condo, but with nice features and is well maintained. There's a shared hot tub on the 1st level and underground garage parking. Seems like it's a great deal for mid-level lodging in Breck!

Excellent Location for the price
Park Ave Lofts were great. Cozy, clean and the staff was pleasant. Location was excellent; right across the street from a chair lift. Walking distance to great restaruants and Breck Brewery.

Increditable Christmas Adventure
We took an incredible SKI trip to Breckenridge this Christmas 2010! We ski'd, shopped and ate during our trip!! Perfect SKI weather, Super Duper Shopping, and Delicious Food through out the trip an unspeackable selection for every catagory!! Our Loft at the Park Avenue Lofts was better than expected!! Excellenct rating in every catagory!

The condo was convenieniently located. Walking distance to Main Street. Private underground parking. The condo was small, but clean and updated. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Decorated nicely. Nice balcony overlooking a pond and "The Dredge" restaurant. Great Mexican restaurant just steps away. Will stay here again!

Park Avenue Lofts
This was a summer visit to a winter town. This is a condo that is managed by a management company. You check in at the management office rather than the facility. It was a one bedroom condo. While not extravagant, it was nicely furnished. It is a very convenient in town location. There is no maid service. You make you own bed and take out the trash. Typical of condo rental. It was an excellent value.

Park Ave Lofts are great
The one bedroom condo was in a great location just across from the Quicksilver lift and Village complex. Great views of the mountains and lots of light in our end unit. Furniture and kitchen gear was all fine. The bed was comfortable. The TV is located over the fireplace so not a great experience for our necks. The was a garage space included which worked out well. You don't really need to have a car for this location if you're flying in. Overall a very good deal.
