Easy ski on/ski off
Very nice place. Roomy with 2 decent sized baths. Quiet complex with plenty of parking. Easy walk to Snowflake Lift, with easy access to peaks 8 and 9. We rented equipment at ski shop by lift so could store equipment right by lift. Would stay there again.

Great place to vacation
I only give 4 * for the check in process due to the off-site location of the office, thus slight inconvenience. But otherwise everything went smoothly. Location is close to town, and ski resort. Unit was easy to find in the complex. Host was very accommodating with 2 parking permits.

Great place
Great place for our family of 5. Easy access to the mountain via snowflake lift, or free ride to gondola. Quick walk to downtown for shopping and eating. Loved the condo - could use a sofa upgrade but other than that it was wonderful.

4 of us have been skiing since college. All now 64. The condo was great. We rode the bus to the lift each day and then skied in for lunch. Tie condo would be great for kids as well. .

Just what we needed
Location: for getting on the mountain the bus stop is just across the street, every 15 minutes one stop to Snowflake lift, but it is also walkable to Snowflake even in ski boots (it's long, but we did it when the bus was full). The onsite hot tubs were great at the end of day.

This property is in a perfect location. 5 mins walk to heart of town and to the Snowflake lift. The property management was easy to get ahold of and very quick to resolve a plumbing issue that came up. The condo is comfortable, well appointed, and very convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

Breck Ski Trip!
I had stayed in the same complex before. I love the location and being able to ski back to the condo for lunch and at the end of the day. It is a very short walk from the Four O’clock run. Also it is easy to access every part of the mountain. Two bus stops are very close and can get you to Beaver Run or Snowflake lift. The Gondola is a little farther away but my friend and I easily made the walk to get to Peak 7 or 8. We walked to town every night for dinner. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The hot tubs were easily accessible and were not crowded. My only minor complaint is they did not have any humidifiers in the unit. In my experience they are a definitely needed. Fortunately I had brought my own. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We booked pretty last minute and we’re pleased with the quick response from the property manager, Michael. The location was great, walking distance to the town, the gondola and the snowflake lift. We had a 1 year old, and we’re able to let him nap while we hung out in the house. The doors are thick and fairly noise proof! The fireplace was cozy and put out a ton of heat. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and everything was very clean. Overall, just perfect!

We Love Park Place
We have been staying at Park Place for over 30 years. We love the location in relation to the town of Breckenridge. The complex is 1 block off main street and we love the summer walks without fighting with trying to park. This particular condo is one that we have used before. It is very comfortable and clean. It's a first floor unit which makes things even a little easier to go in and out. The company that rented this unit to us was very helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Loved this condo, it was much bigger than expected. Each bedroom even had its own bathroom! I will definately try to come back. Its also just just a block away from the 4 O Clock run, which is great!
