There is a free shuttle to get around town, and in summer you'll find opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and more nearby.

A cable TV and free WiFi help you relax after a long day on the slopes, though the hot tub and sauna might be a better bet for sore legs. A shared washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry.

Due to local rules and regulations, the common area facilities are operating on a limited basis. However, not all amenities may be open. This is subject to change at any time.
If the parking pass is not returned or is lost, there is a $50 replacement fee.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details: Breckenridge Free Ride - The color-coded Free Ride bus routes service Main Street, Ridge Street, City Market, Breckenridge Station, Beaver Run Resort, and the base areas of Peak 8 and Peak 9 with many stops in between. The Breckenridge Free Ride runs every day from 6:30 am to 12 am. Available routes and stop times vary season to season. For schedule and route information, please visit breckfreeride.com.
Summit Stage - This service provides free year-round bus service throughout Summit County between Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. Service is available to most ski areas, shopping centers, medical centers, and some residential areas. Buses have ski and snowboard racks in the winter, and bike racks in the summer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
