Winter Seasonal Information:
This property is ski in/out via the Burro Trail but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.

Ski Out - From the Burro Trail at corner of Gold King and White Cloud Drive follow path down to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In - You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Summer Seasonal Information:
• Close to hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.
• Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
• Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
• Whitewater rafting, Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, are all with in miles of the home

Beautiful Gathering in the Mountains
About 15 friends and fam got together to reconnect and hang for a few days. It was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures accurately represent the house, with the exception that the views were 10x better. Not just seeing the mountain outside the front living room, but the snowy woods through the 2nd living room, and the same through the big walled windows in the other bedrooms.The furniture was all solid and nice. The beds were comfortable. The dishes and glasses and kitchenware was ample. Everything really just went so smooth. Thank you Jason for being a rockstar host and ensuring everything went smoothly!

This is the perfect spot for a winter break - plenty of room for three families with teens. Host was very communicative and gave plenty of detailed information. Having the shuttle stop right by the house made it so easy for all of us to get to the slopes and back. Definitely recommend staying here!

Home is perfect for large families or large groups. So much space. Or perfect for just one person, as it was for me. Jason was so informative with not only everything about the house, but also all the things to do in and around Breckenridge. It’s located in a cul de sac at the end of a road so plenty of room for the kids to play. Highly recommend this property!!

All around amazing experience
Only amazing things to say about this home and the management. The house itself was spotless and had everything you'd need. There was everything from sleds for the kids, multiple coffee pots, kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. We came with a group of 10, ages ranging from 11 . The kids had a blast in the game room with the pool table, large couch and TV, sleds to play outside, and their own bunk room. Us adults loved the open kitchen living room concept and the large dining room table that fit the whole group. The rooms are somewhat segmented through the house which was great for our early nighters vs late nighters having their areas. The beds were comfortable and there were humidifiers in the rooms. The hottub was great and really clean. There's a basket by the back door with towels ready for you. (Lots of little thoughtful things like this) Transportation - the shuttle runs pretty frequently and is a short drive to town. We did this one morning to go skiing and it worked fine. We didn't use it to go into town but you definitely can. Communication was one of the best parts. We had a call with Jason before arriving and he let us know everything we'd need to know before travel and recommended the shuttle service and rental store we ended up using (they even had a discount codes for us). When we had questions he texted us back so quickly and sent maps. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Great service! We will be staying here again when

Christmas in the mountains was magical! We truly enjoyed the house - it has everything you need and more! It was very clean, comfortable and cozy and the layout of the house provides lots of room and privacy. It's located in a perfect little cul de sac with great views and an easy short drive into town. Perfect Thanksgiving Stay
We just spent Thanksgiving at this amazing Breckenridge home and had the best time! With plenty of space for our large family, everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked – we had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast, from multiple coffee pots, to every imaginable pot, pan, and serving dish. They even had plenty of kid-friendly cups and utensils. We loved gathering around the fireplace in the evenings. The hot tub was a huge hit after a day on the slopes, and the kids had a blast playing games in the game room and watching movies on the many TVs. The house is truly set up with families in mind, with thoughtful touches like pack-n-plays, baby gates, and a jogging stroller for the little ones. The location was ideal, with easy access to the slopes and town.

Incredible Stay
The pictures do not do this home justice. We fell in love immediately! This was the first trip my friend group went on together and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed, enough privacy even with large group, & located close to town. A few folks were even able to enjoy the ski out trail! Great house for a family get together. A lot of areas to spread out to. Well stocked with anything you need. Location was 4 minutes from Main St and skiing. Good Time at Breckenridge
The house was exactly as pictured, very roomy and attractively decorated. The arrangement of bedrooms gave everyone privacy with their own bathrooms and TV"s. The little ones enjoyed sledding and playing in the snow piles in the front yard and the skiers and snow boarders took advantage of the shuttle. Fun time!

Annual group ski trip (adults). Accommodations were spotless. Kitchen well stocked with all cooking gadgets. Layout of home was such that everyone had their own private space and everyone could be together with ease. Location was ideal; didn't take advantage of ski in / ski out as shuttle picked us up curb side each morning and dropped us within a few feet of the lifts. Property manager Jason went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and then some! He even hosted several group calls prior to arrival, answering all questions and covering things we didn't know to ask. The experience was seamless!!! We very much enjoyed staying in the house. It was convenient to town and easy access to the slopes - we skied to the lift and took a shuttle back. We had a fairly large group combining adults and kids and the house was spacious enough for our group. The host is very responsive and provided us with a lot of useful information during our stay.

We had a fantastic time in Breckenridge. The house was perfect for our group and really well provisioned. We enjoyed excellent communication from the moment we booked, pre-travel, and during our stay! Every question was answered within minutes! The heated garage really helped with everyone getting gear on and heading out for the day! The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to cook for our large group of 14 with no issues. Every room had a humidifier which we all appreciated! We loved staying here and hope to come back in the future!! Thank you, Jason!!!
