Easy downtown access Condo
There were a few issues with this property - the refrigerator did not work and property management brought in a mini fridge/freezer to fill in. The microwave door has to be lifted to close. Carpet had a number of stains and wear. Beds were very comfortable. Overall space was good. It would have been nice to have a bacon with some type of view or seating.

The location of Park Avenue Lofts could not be beat. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. The property listing said that Wifi was available, but I could not see the suggested network available. The property manager was unresponsive when I messaged through the VRBO app. The TV could use updating so you can log into streaming apps. Washer/Dryer was available for use in the unit, however, no detergent was provided. Overall, it was bare bones on the amenities with no extra towels for the hot tub, no wash cloths, no coffee provided with the coffee pot, etc. For the price, I would have expected a little more. Couldn't beat the location, though!

Our stay overall was fine. We enjoyed the hot tub & the location. Walking distance to everything was really nice. The place definitely needed some updating. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The bottom bedroom bed seemed like it was broken? Mattresses were very outdated. Interesting that none of the tv’s worked either. There was no WiFi as well. These things definitely should be accessible with how much money is being spent.

Traveled to Breck for several days. Condo was right next to peak 9 and close to Main Street. Really enjoyed the condo was walking distance to everything . Maintenance is very responsive and hot tub was great. I highly recommend

Great location near everything. You can walk to Main st. and to the town lift gondola. The down side of staying here is that the wi-fi didn't work, upstair bedroom tv didn't work. When I call management to inform them of the problem they had a bad attitude.

Dress warmly before entering the building..
You may be there awhile. Our four key cards did not work on the front lobby for entry from the outside. At 6°F, and coming home after a stroll in downtown breckenridge this was a big hassle. The cards did work on the interior room itself, no issues accessing our room. Just the building. We had to call the main great western number for access, and it was a situation experience by others as well. The location was fantastic!! We enjoyed the 4 minute walk to Maggie lift. Private hot tub was selling point, it had a beautiful view of the downtown Christmas lights. The unit could use some refurbishing. The downstairs mattresses should be replaced.

The property was very convenient. I always felt safe on the premises. The cleaning staff does a good job. Two things: the carpets are well worn and have lots of stains. The owner needs to think about replacing floor coverings for sanitary reasons. Also the master bedroom closet, living room areas and leather couches smell of ski sweat! Ugh! I wiped things down and used febreeze heavy duty air freshener but that didn’t help. I checked out 5 days early.

Perfect Location for Accessing Main Street
Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Entrance to parking garage is tight with a truck but still fits. Stairs to front entrance were a challenge with a stroller as the lift was locked but we just carried the stroller up the stairs. Elevator inside the building. Overall, great stay and loved the private hot tub.

Nice condo close to everything
This was a great 50th birthday weekend and the place was in the perfect location. We hiked Quandary (15 minutes away), biked to Frisco (22 mile round trip) on the bike path and walked everywhere - to see the troll in the woods, restaurants, shops. It was wonderful. The private hot tub was key for us since the community tubs are closed. The condo was very nice - could probably use some updating on the pillows (sort of flat) and the carpet is well worn especially by the exit to the hot tub but we didn't mind it, others might. We couldn't totally figure out the remote controls because we had a DVD to watch but we used the buttons on the TV itself to change the input. It was a great value and easy contactless check in and key drop. The parking passes for the garage were great and we even utilized the bike rack to lock up our bikes there.

If you want convenience, then this is the place.
Confusing after hours check in. We did not realize we had to get keys at different location than condo. I skipped to after hours check in process and full explanation was not included in those instructions. I should have read normal hours instructions too. Oops. Nothing fancy about the place but very convenient location. Walked to close grocery store that had good selection and reasonably priced goods considering where you are. Hot tub was fun. Very private and on top level. Rented skis downstairs and they were great to work with. Checked out in morning and moved car to lot right next to the condo. Perfect. Place was clean. A little worn here and there but that is expected. Nice beds. I slept on pull out couch and was comfy. Small galley kitchen. Not too well equipped but we made it work. Good eating area. Quiet. Fast internet. Never turned TV on. I would definitely stay here again due to location and convenience.

Overall great place.
First off the location of this property is amazing. The devil is in the details and whoever maintains this property doesn't cover every detail. Behind the couch was empty bottles and trash from previous tenants, the carpet is dirty from wet shoes/feet from hot tub, there are no hangers in any closets(not even hotel style ones that decrease theft), but the worst part was the bedding. Have you ever stayed at a hotel with wore out mattresses and pillows? Every pillow was so flat they should not have even been there and the mattresses are wore out. I don't think we had a decent nights sleep any night we stayed there. At one point I considered going to buy a pillow and just sleeping on the (comfy) couch. All that being said, would I stay there again? Absolutely, but for as much money as the place costs I expect better bedding. I would look into other places in this building before booking this one just because of that. P.S The older lady at check in/out wasn't very nice. She snapped at me saying "Shut the door!" when there was someone behind me who was standing in the doorway getting the snow off his shoes. She saw him and said "oh" and she seemed somewhat annoyed at me just for being there.

Great condo and location
I’m familiar with Breck but needed a place easy to walk everywhere with young kids starting to ski. This was as close as you can get to the village base - perfect! And right by Main Street so walked everywhere. The private balcony hot tub was a nice addition and being in a small building versus huge place to walk through to get in/out was perfect. This condo itself was great space and felt even bigger with 1 bedroom being upstairs. Only addition is it would be great to have a few games or cards or something like that for visitors that can’t bring all of the along. But overall wonderful and we will be back!
