Super Ski Pad - Ski in, Ski Out, Walk to Town.

Truely unique 1 bedroom 2 full bath located on the Snowflake run just above the Snowflake lift. Literally lock the door with your skis on and and ski right back to the door. No walking with your ski equipment at all, unlike other so called ski in ski out properties. A short 5 minute walk to center of Main Street or you can take the free shuttle. Private hot tub to die for right outside the door on the ski run.

This unit has an upscale rustic finish with alder cabinets and doors, granite tile countertops, and private entrance facing the ski slope. The furniture is rustic as well with a comfy couch (folds into a bed) and overstuffed chair to chill out in. In the bedroom, there is a king-sized bed and full bath. Get cooking in the kitchen or use the grill out by the hot tub as you recover from a day on the mountain.

Summer time super low rates as well. Feel free to call for last minute deals.

Enjoy yourself just far enough from the hustle of Main Street but close enough to walk there.

Many other places in this neighborhood claim ski in, ski out, but this unit is the real deal. Just above the snowflake left, you’ll be able to put your skis on right outside your door. In addition, the private hot tub is a real plus. Of course, Michael was great, very accommodating and very responsive. Our schedule changed a little bit and he was easy to work with. The unit is nicely appointed and the kitchen has everything you need, including the essential crockpot for post-skiing chili. We have found the place we want to stay in next year!

Truest Ski-In/Ski-Out Stay Ever
Literally on a run, so we skied to lift, and ended each day back right at our doorstep. Watching others end their day, from the comfort of the hot tub, was awesome. It also meant flexibility for lunch and more freedom on when to start and stop skiing. The host was responsive and cares about his guests. We really enjoyed our stay, and this is our new favorite for Breckenridge!!! By the way, the bed and pull-out both were comfortable and having two bathrooms was terrific.

Property is in a nice location and could be great. Very pretty views out back. Owner and check in process were good. Entire unit, couches and bedding smell strongly of old cigarette smell. Overall needs updating and a good refresh.

Perfect spot!
Condo was perfect for our short stay. We will definitely keep it mind for a ski trip with it being right on Snowflake run for start and end of day skiing. Hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking. Thanks for a great trip!

Fantastic mountain stay
Easy check in process in a gorgeous mountain town full of friendly people. The hot tub was great and a perk after long days walking around or biking to Frisco. I made a comment about wanting to see mountain goats at check in and was given fantastic directions on where to go which was great!

Awesome weekend!
Super clean, everything just as advertised, tons of room, enjoyed the hot tub with a view. We hiked right out the front door up past the reservoir and had a terrific time. I just hope this unit is available next time we go to Breck, cuz I’ll be back!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our time here. The cabin was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed. The hot tub was amazing. Our only complaints were that the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. It has a dip in it and needs to be replaced. Also, we went to snow ski. The location is definitely a ski-out. But ski-in is debatable. The slope is a green and requires a LOT of poling for snow skiers and walking for snowboarders. Overall, we recommend it.

Great spot
This is our second time staying here, but first time in the winter! The ski out is perfect but a little hard to ski in, lots of poling but just steps from the slopes! It was amazing to ski out every morning so easily! The hot tub was perfect and the condo was clean and nice! We will be back!

Right off SnowFlake Run!
We visited for our Winter Break and had the BEST time! Ski in and ski out, right off SnowFlake Run, beautiful mountain views all around! Walking distance to town. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the condo. The location was perfect for skiers/boarders. Right on the snowflake run to the lift. The hot tub was great post skiing to relax and have a cocktail. This place was great!
