Beware of extra fees!!
On our way driving to Breckenridge I received a call from a associate with Breckenridge Resorts informing me there is a cleaning fee that they will need to collected upon arrival and check in of $81. Room had already been prepaid. No where in the room description did it mention disclose the additional fees. Upon arrival the employee at Breckenridge resorts was very condescending and said it was Hotels.com problem. Then when they charged my card for the additional fee of $81 cleaning fee they added another $28 they said was tax, total now $109. My wife and I did not want top continue to dispute with the employee at the time, until we did some research. By the way we are on vacation and want to enjoy ourselves! Upon checkout I again questioned the extra $28 charge. The employee that helped me this time could not provide an explanation of what it was for and did end up refunding the $28 surcharge. I have stayed in this complex several years in different units that are managed by different property management companies and never once experienced a problem or charges for these extra fees. I would not book a room again that is managed by Breckenridge Resorts!
