Great Location on River in Downtown Breckenridge
Our unit was a 2BR plus loft with 3 full baths. The master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has two queens and the loft/den area has a queen size bunk bed. Both bedrooms and the loft/den are on the second floor of the unit. The unit was quite comfortable, but does not have air conditioning should you be visiting in the summer. The unit was clean but shows some signs of age and the bathrooms while adequate are not fancy. Parking in the garage, while tight for larger vehicles (we had a GMC Yukon) was free. All in all, I consider River Mtn Lodge to be an excellent value and given the convenient downtown location, should be a top choice for most families unless you are looking for high end luxury (or air conditioning!)

Really enjoyed our stay here. Just to be clear, this is a 2 story condo and both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. So on the first floor... -full size kitchen and a dining table for 4 people - living room area with gas firewall -half bathroom -washer/dryer - balcony with outdoor pool view On the 2nd floor -Master bedroom w/ queen size bed and bathroom in the room -second room has 2 single beds and bathroom in the room - loft area with a small couch Location was super awesome! everything in walk-able distance. Free Wifi and free heated underground parking accessible with your room card key. Check in was easy and entire staff was helpful and attentive.
