Loved the view of the mountain and the ability to go right up. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed our view the most. The bad, the heat didn't really work in the main area of the room. The bedrooms it worked fine just had to be adjusted on the floor at the unit. It seemed a little dated, but we really enjoyed our say and would stay again.

Good location near lift and Main Street . Unit is very small and when couch bed is open, almost no room. Would be great for 2 people(we had 3) otherwise super place to stay !

The room was in good shape although the furniture was dated and overall it needs to be renovated. I wish they had told us ahead of time that there is no maid service included, as you have to pay to get your room cleaned The software they use instead of physical key/card to access your room, elevator, and amenities has a lot of issues. It logged us out a few times and we had issues to make it work. We had a TERRIBLE experience with a lady in the front desk, which happens to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had in our lives. My wife was having issues with the app to enter the room so she went to the lobby and asked for help, the lady yelled at her (literally yelled in a very rude manner) and told her the reason was that we had checked out from the hotel (we had 2 more nights left). My wife showed her our reservation and she again started yelling at her telling her that sometimes the system fails and that she needed to try again. My wife then asked if she tried again and didn't work again, would she need to make a line again so she could get assistance and the lady yelled at her again telling her that she had to make the line. My wife's cousin asked for her name and she yelled at him and said she would call security. Needless to say, I was very upset after that and talked to the Manager and to the lady who also yelled at me and made me lose my temper and cursed at her. Things escalated for no reason if the lady hadn't been so rude to a customer.

First off i had no idea when i reserved our room that there was an additional parking fee of $50. Plus the resort fee. And a$200 hold charge for an over night visit. Then the lady at the desk talked so fast you couldn't understand her. We went to our room it was small but very nice with kitchen. When we showered there was long black hair on the towels and in the bath tub. Other than that the place was good. It looks like it may be getting an update on paint. If you have back issues the bed was very hard. That's something i would have liked to know when we reserved our room. Not very comfortable. We stayed we slept we left.

Room had an industrial fan that was drying the wet carpet in the room when we arrived Computers were down and took 20 minutes to check in the person in front of me. Place is dated and wouldn’t recommend.
