Accueil check-in et check-out désastreux. Personnel antipathique, hautain et suffisant à la réception. Personne ne parle le français mais personne ne fait l'effort de parler plus lentement même en allemand qui n'est pas ma langue. Accueil ressemblant à un guichet d'administration sociale! Le sourire se paie-t-il à part? Les clients ne sont pas tous des jours de casino et méritent un accueil chaleureux digne du nombre d'étoiles de votre hôtel. Personnel de la restauration étonnant: choix de la table le soir imposée, alors que seules deux tables étaient occupées à notre arrivée. Petit-déjeuner excellent. Parking de l'hôtel très mal indiqué à l'entrée principale. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Gérard et Christine Grobéty

Entgegen der Beschreibung keine Badewanne im Zimmer und keine Bademäntel, trotz Nachfrage. Bei Rückmeldung bei Abreise („War alles gut bei Ihnen?“), dass wir grundsätzlich zufrieden waren aber für den Preis der Suite schon mit den Bademänteln fürs Wellness und das gemütliche Verweilen gerechnet hätten, kam ein sehr defensives „nicht unsere Schuld, die Wäscherei hat halt nicht, wir können nichts dafür.“ Das war alles an Reaktion. 24h-Reception - aber bei Anruf aus dem Zimmer geht keiner ran. Tipps für die Umgebung waren ungenügend: Das Hotelrestaurant hat Sonntag und Montag geschlossen, das empfohlene Restaurant allerdings auch - es hatte in der Stadt auch nur wenig geöffnet. Eine Reservation sei keinesfalls nötig, hiess es an der Reception am Nachmittag, am Abend haben wir kaum was finden können. „Stadtsicht“ heisst bei den Zimmern übrigens Ausblick auf grossen Parkplatz. Wirklich Grand ist an diesem „Grand Hotel“ vor allem der Name.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Lage ist unschlagbar. Leider ist das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (rostiger Abschluss bei der Dusche).
