Der Fußboden klebt sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Das Zimmer zu den beiden vielbefahrenen Straßen ist sehr laut, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster. Im Zimmer waren zudem 25 Grad, sodass man Nachts einging. Klima funktionierte nicht.

Good location terrible noice all night from street

Ok size room but extreme noice from the street and no noice reduction in windows. Like sleeping in a tent on a highway. Impossible to sleep with out noice reduction headset.

Sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip oder Konzertbesuch. Die ÖVB Arena ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Loud Road Noise All Night

The hotel service people were kind and helpfull. The hotel is in the city center close to the train station. The room had very loud constant noises all day and night from the cars outside. Couldnt sleep bcs it was so loud and constant. The bed was not clean when lifting the sheets. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok. There is a fitness and a saune, but we were promised wellness spa with serverel treatments. There is only one sauna and no spa or treatments. The is af cafe/restaurent downstairs, but they allready closed the kitchen at 6 pm.

Rigtig godt hotel i centrum af Bremen

Vi overnattede kun på hotellet en enkelt nat, men det var en rigtig god oplevelse. De gode senge, det dejlige badeværelse samt den fine morgenmad opvejede, at værelset var lidt lille. Hotellet lå desuden supercentralt i byen med p-hus lige overfor og kun få min gang til Altstadt. Vi kommer gerne tilbage igen!

Wir haben nicht die reservierte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, Dame beum Check-in nicht sehr freundlich, hat zwei Kunden gleichzeitig bedient und war dadurch total uneffektiv. Ist gleichzeitig der Kollegin ins Wort gefallen,war kein toller Eindruck als Start.Lage des Hotels Zimmer top und sauber. Frühstück war ok, Filterkaffee Tee gratis, Cappuccino o.ä.nur gegen Bezahlung, das war schon irritierend.

Es ist ein zentral gelegenes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Irritiert hat mich eigentlich nur, dass man die Fenster nicht öffen konnte.

Enttäuschend

Über dem Bett befand sich ein Lüfter, der sich nicht abschalten lies, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, Boden im Zimmer nicht sauber und starker Zigarettenrauch an der Rezeption. Corona Schutzmaßnahmen unzureichend, Personal trug keinen Mundschutz. Personal war ansonsten freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Neu aber das wars dann auch.

Auf den Zimmern fehlte ein „nicht stören“ Schild. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abgegriffen, vor den Marmeladegläser lagen verschmierte Servietten anstatt mindestens Untertassen/kleine Teller zur Ablage der Löffel. Schlechter Filterkaffee ist inkludiert, cafe crema, Cappuccino muss extra bezahlt werden. Der Frühstücksservice hat die Zimmer Nr. abgefragt und dachte dann, dass seine Arbeit getan war. Im gesamten: komplett neu und renoviert, von Gastfreundschaft und Servicegedanken fehlt jede spur!
