Erlands Point Beach House

Completely remodeled waterfront living at it's finest! This 2 story home boasts west facing views for that magnificent sunset you've been waiting for. Just a ferry ride to Seattle (1 hour auto, or 30 minute passenger only fast ferry), 30-45 minutes to several premier golf courses, 10-15 minutes to 3 naval bases for traveling workers, and 15 minutes to the new Saint Michaels Medical Center for traveling nurses (discount provided, please inquire.) I have lived here for 30 years, raised 3 amazing children (and their friends) and now it's time to share it with you and your family and friends. Kids have left here saying "this was the best day of my life!" Wow, right? Ready to share that experience with your family or friends? Enjoy quality time on the spacious 1500sf deck with hot tub or stroll down onto your own private dock to jump in, launch the four kayaks/two paddleboards I provide, or just put your feet in the water. (*Please note, dock access ends October 1st as I have to raise the ramp up off the dock ahead of inclement potentially damaging weather. Goes back down April 1st.) The boathouse down by the water has an outdoor shower and toilet inside so you don't have to run up to the house. It's also full of every size life jacket or wetsuit you'd need. Bring your boat or jet skis and moor them on your private buoys ( I have 2.) Take a stroll along the beach when the tide is out and explore all the amazing sea creatures. Ready for dinner? Two BBQ's should do the trick! SS Weber (NG so no tanks), and the infamous pellet grill by Traeger for that "smokey sensation" taste! 2 bar fridges right on the deck to keep stocked with your favorite cold beverage. Inside you'll find the newly remodeled kitchen complete with quartz countertops, SS appliances, convection oven, beautiful red oak hardwood floors and lots of windows so you won't miss anything on the water! Livingroom has a 65" Samsung TV, gas fireplace, area rug, and comfy couches. Love music? This house has Sonos speakers set up throughout! From outside on the deck, to most every bedroom. Full laundry room on the main floor, along with a 3/4 bath. All bedrooms are upstairs and very comfortable mattresses. 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom one with water view, the 3rd is smaller but has bunk beds ready for the kids. Both bedrooms have TV's, and one has deck access to the waterproof deck that stretches the entire front of the house. The master bedroom is huge with en suite master bath, dual rain shower heads and a view of the water from this massive shower! Or enjoy a cozy relaxing time in the two-person jetted tub with glass block window. The master bedroom also has a 55" Samsung TV, king size bed, and gas fireplace. Like sleeping outside? The deck right off the bedrooms is all set for your night under the stars. I have several inflatable mattresses ready to blow up, along with sleeping bags and lots of blankets. What a way to finish that great day on the water than to sleep out on your private deck and watch for those falling stars. Awake to the silence of the water and watch the eagles soar as they search for their morning treat. I've tried very hard to make this house feel as much like "home" as possible. I want you to be comfortable, happy, and worry free :-) Trust me, the serenity of looking out over the water will sooth any soul. I hope you choose my property and come away with that "life changing experience" as that truly is my goal! I know this is long, but so much to share. At the end of the day it's all about the reviews as that truly represents what I offer here from the guests themselves, so PLEASE, take a minute to read them then decide for yourself if this is the place for your well-earned vacation. Come visit, I won't disappoint!

April opening weekend for baseball. T-Mobile park is only a ferry ride away, 30 min passenger only ferry. Beautiful ballpark.

4th of July weekend you can watch fireworks all around the bay from the deck

Last weekend of July is Whaling days with street fair & live music

August offers Seafair on Lake Washington (1 1/2 hours away) the 1st weekend, live music on Wednesdays at the Silverdale Park (10 min) Kitsap county fair & stampede (usually the 3rd week of August) only 10 min away, then the following weekend is the blues festival.

September has Blackberry Festival with street fair and live music (15 min) labor day wkdn

December has the lighted boat Christmas parade that goes right by the house, you can call in your names to have Santa call them out, pretty special. Usually the 2nd or 3rd Saturday. Just check their website Bremerton Yacht Club lighted boat parade.

Fabulous family vacation rental
We were so impressed by the beauty and serenity of the setting, the generosity of the owner, and the abundance of amenities. A fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and fun. Our 3-year-old grandson loved all of the toys provided, and the adults enjoyed the kayaks and other water toys, the fire pits, and the beautiful patio. We hope to be back again!

Fantastic Family Getaway
We went to Washington for our son's wedding. We needed a place for our immediate family. This beach house was perfect! Kevin was extremely attentive to any questions we had and the house had everything we would possibly need. We even had the rehearsal dinner outside on the deck and patio overlooking the inlet. It was magical and wonderful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the breeze coming off the inlet at night into the house was spectacular. If you needed air conditioning, you had it. But we rarely ran it. The bathrooms had everything that you would need from hair dryers to soap and shampoo. The kitchen had all utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc. There was even a pantry that had plenty of stock of things that you might not think you need, but do. We used the pellet grill outside one night for hamburgers. It ran like a champ. And sitting out on the deck, drinking wine and enjoying the views, especially the sunset was special. We even took the kayaks out one day for a nice paddle in the inlet. It was great. And we loved watching the high and low tides each day we were there. The location is perfect. We were not too far from shops and grocery stores. Yet you felt like you were away from it all. We definitely will come back for a vacation. But having our rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding with his new family was special at this place.

Beautiful home on the water
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend renting here. The house is beautiful with an incredible view of the water and outdoor decking. The house has everything anyone would need for cooking, entertaining, or just relaxing with family over a movie or games. The listing is very accurate and we don’t have one problem at all. Communication with the owner was also flawless. We were beyond pleased and the house exceeded our expectations!

Lovely week at a beautiful, comfortable home.
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Erlands Point Beach House. We had a wide range of ages, from 6 to 65 and all of us enjoyed all of the amenities on the property. From the hot tub, to the kayaks and paddle board, and just sitting enjoying the views from all of the scenic decks. And even some fishing off of the dock and walking the beach (lots of shells and sand dollars). The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do. We plan on revisiting the area and this lovely spacious home would be our first choice. We had left behind a souvenir and Kevin was kind enough to mail it to us. Great host!

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, super comfortable and well stocked. The area is very quiet and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the hot tub, eating outside to take in the views and watch the wildlife. The host is top notch, helpful and responsive and super nice. Highly recommend this home and area.

Absolutely Perfect!
We brought our family to celebrate our 35th anniversary and had a fantastic time! Everything about the house was perfect; the location, the view, the size ... it was comfortable for 8 adults. Kevin was an amazing host and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved that we could relax on the deck, play in the water, sit in the hot tub, go for walks, read, make a fire at night. And the view was incredible!!We spent a week and never got in our car. Absolutely perfect family vacation. Thank you, Kevin! We will be back!!

Beautiful waterfront house with many amenities. We greatly enjoyed the week that we spent at this house in Bremerton. We loved soaking in the hot tub with views of Dyes Inlet. The house was in excellent condition and all furniture was comfortable. Truly felt at home during our stay.

PARADISE IN THE NW!!!
If I could give 1000 stars I would!!!! First, the owner Kevin is AMAZING!!!!! Not only super cool to work with and very responsive, but incredibly thoughtful to spare no details to ensure the home has everything you might possibly need, want, or use. Goes the extra mile to set out a cute little welcome sign and bottles of wine!!! And, has taken the time to put together a notebook with excellently detailed information about the home and how to use many of the amazing amenities provided as well information on the surrounding neighborhood and beyond. The home is stunning, beautifully appointed with such personal detail, and stocked with everything! The master is spacious with an amazing shower and tub! And the view!!!!!!! To wake up to that, relax on the deck to that, and to watch the sun go down with that! Life doesn't get better! And the BBQ, smoker, outdoor frig, and hot tub! All just WOW! No where is there a better rental or rental owner on VRBO! Seriously, you should take a vacation just to come stay in this home! (and don't miss walking down the beach 100 yards and crabbing with the locals!) Thanks for sharing it with us Kevin! It made my niece's wedding weekend that much more special!

Beautiful waterfront experience
We stayed 7 nights at the Erlands Point beach house in June '23. The host, Kevin, went out of his way to make our stay special and communicated well. The house was immaculate, beds comfortable, and location was great. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub, kayaks, and especially the deck with a wonderful view. We saw seals, otters, and Eagles, and enjoyed exploring the beach at low tide with clams, crabs and sand dollars. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this home for your waterfront vacation.

Good House with Amazing Deck
Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of space. The sonos sound system in the house and outside was amazing to go with the regular grill and smoker. Beautiful views and a nice fire pit and hot tub to finish off the night.

Awesome Weekend!!
We had the most relaxed and enjoyable weekend. Kevin was attentive to all my text messages, and his YouTube videos on how to use the sound system were so helpful. The house was immaculate. We could not have asked for a better weekend, and the weather was incredible. Hot tub, fully stocked kitchen to cook, kayaks, and paddleboards. We had an amazingly relaxed weekend. We even had the opportunity to see a Bald Eagle fly over the house frequently, and Sunday, there were sea otters. We will be back! We decided it was the annual girls' trip house.

Beautiful waterfront get away
This waterfront property is unique in the puget sound. It had everything our reunion with 8 friends were hoping for- beautiful, clean, well stocked and full of amenities from a hot tub, a deck over looking the water, water toys, and beautiful location and setting. The house even had a mooring buoy for our 42' boat. It was a wonderful experience!

This was a perfect spot for my besties to celebrate my birthday with me. From the beginning, Kevin quickly responded to my inquiries. FANTASTIC HOME ON THE WATER
Our two families had the best time. It was the most relaxed I have ever been on a trip and staying in a VRBO. They had everything we could need. The kayaks and paddle boards were well used. The views were unbelievable. The deck had lots of great seating and the hot tub was nice to have for our girls after they swam in the inlet. They provided the wood for the firepit. Lots of life vests. A great coffee station. The bedrooms were all super comfortable and they provided lots of towels. Thank you so much!!! We definitely will be back.

Amazing stay!
We had the most fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. We had grandparents and younger children in our group and everyone had a wonderful time. We appreciated being able to kayak right from our backyard. Kevin provides the kayaks, paddles and life jackets. This made it super easy for us. We are all beginners in the water and we had no issues. A few people in our party had a great time going "clamming" in front of the property when the tide is right. The whole family had fun prepping them and cooking them for lunch the next day thanks to Kevin's informative video. Kevin is super responsive and overall a wonderful host. I highly recommend this property. Oh and we also enjoyed seeing a mom seal with her baby seal every night right from the backyard!
