Basic but affordable
Property is a good value, but fairly Spartan. House is not updated, and downstairs room is more of a basement bedroom. There was some mild odor that required the windows to stay open. The view was very pretty facing the water, and the price was affordable. But the accommodations very basic.

Washington visit
The property was perfect for the two of us. We hosted our son and a friend for dinner and games. The kitchen was just what we needed. We didn’t mind the stairs up to the main living space because of the view at the top! We were very comfortable for the entire stay.
