Tucked behind a cherry orchard and surrounded by the picturesque Brentwood countryside, this home also boasts easy access to nearby shopping and dining opportunities. For the thrill-seekers of the family, check out Bay Area Skydiving or the Black Diamond Mines. Fun in the sun can easily be curated right at your stay without even having to leave the property lines! Swim in the pool or indulge in some playful competition in the game room.

While exploring your Rental's sprawling interior and exterior, you will find that each space has been meticulously maintained. With twenty-two rooms to enjoy, rest assured that your entire family will be beyond content and comfortable with their living quarters.

Utilize the ample meal prep space, high-end stainless steel appliances, and gleaming countertops in the gourmet/completely upgraded kitchen. Unwind and warm up in the elegant living room, where a wood-burning fireplace is available for your use; however, wood is not provided, so plan ahead! Indulge in your vacation read in the lovely library. Play a game of air hockey or pool in the game room. Find your inner peace in one of the indoor jacuzzi tubs or walk-in showers. And rest easy each evening amongst the comfortable bedding in each bedroom.

Outside, your entire family will love the large, private pool, the ample outdoor seating, and the radiant California sunshine!

House Rules
-The outdoor Hot Tub does not function as a hot tub. The water within the hot tub will be the same temp as the pool.
-Currently, the indoor tub's jets are not to be used. There is a leak in the jet's system. However, the tub is functional minus the jets. Future maintenance is scheduled.
-The LIVING ROOM fireplace is wood burning and operational; however, wood is not provided, so prepare ahead.
-The primary bedroom and family room fireplaces are non-operational.
-The home uses well water. Water may go off for 15 - 30 minutes if all bathrooms (showers) are being used.
-Security Cameras are Present

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Security camera details: 6 Alro exterior cameras are installed, motion-activated, recording and storing locally are located around the house perimeter.





Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful location, spacious property
Loved our recent stay. There was plenty of space for our full party an the property manager was extremely responsive. Would love to return to property another time. Note, there is another lock to the entry of the property so communicate with manager before you arrive for the code.
