Relax and enjoy Brewster at this bright and comfortable one bedroom condo overlooking the 12th hole of the famous Ocean Edge golf.

Property:
Garden level condo with walk out patio seating, view of the golf course and plenty of green space for activities! One bed one bath home. Full eat in kitchen including dishwasher with washer pods provided and in-unit laundry with detergent provided. Dining table for 4, living room with couch and love seat, sliding doors to patio and brand-new air conditioning and heating throughout. Master bedroom offering queen size bed with walk in closet and sliding doors to patio with view of the golf course. Bathroom offering shower/tub.

Access:
Guests have access through our membership to the sports amenities, which include the Fletcher Indoor and Outdoor pool, Arbor Pool, Bayside pool, Fletcher & Bayside fitness centers, tennis and pickleball. There is an additional fee to use the sports amenities, if you'd like to have access to these, you must let us know. We will list you as a sponsored guest, and you will pick up your access cards at the Linx Tavern, paying Ocean Edge directly. Below is the price list to use the sports club amenities during you stay

Daily Pass:
Adults- $25/day
Children- $10/day
Children under 4 years old are free

Weekly Pass:
Adults- $75/week
Children- $30/week
Children under 4 years old are free

Additional Notes:
Unit is on the garden level and does require walking downstairs to enter the condo. Additionally, the condo is cleaned thoroughly in between stays. We do not provide daily housekeeping.

Private Wi-Fi provided through the condo. Cell phone coverage is spotty throughout the resort.

The condo its self was very bare bones and basic. A bit dated. It's on the ground level, to access it you need to go down what looks like stairway to a basement - both the stairway and hall to get to the front door of the condo is dingy and smelly. The grounds outside the building were beautiful and on brand for Ocean Edge. While this condo has a view of the golf course at Ocean Edge Resort, staying in this condo does NOT come with any access to resort amenities - there is an additional daily fee to visit the pool, gym, or tap into other amenities Ocean Edge offers. The pictures for this property and wording were a bit misleading. Given the price was the same to stay at a Villa through Ocean Edge I expected more.

Ocean Edge is a nice property. The activity passes were definitely not worth it to us. The condo unit we stayed in was ok. It was a ground floor unit, so you went down a big flight of stairs to a basement level, which smelled. But it opened up light a daylight basement. The unit had the bare minimum. One tiny round hand soap. Exactly 4 towels. No bathmat, so you had to be careful stepping out of shower. Exactly 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc. One dishwasher pod. Bare minimums. No dish towels. IDK. I expect for the price we paid to have had our expectations exceeded. They weren't. Towels also never dried. There must be a high humidity level in the unit. We had to put our bathtowels in the dryer after use. Otherwise, they were still wet the next day. (Unit had a washer / dryer but no soap). Who wants to go buy bars of soap, dish towels, and a bathmat for a vacation rental?
