Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Charged but no wouldn’t let us stay!!!

So got to the hotel they wouldn’t let us check said the card was on hold and would not confirm the reservation had to go and find another hotel then was charged the amount of the reservation I will be in touch and expect a full refund due to lack of service this was absolutely awful I have never experienced this before and it really put us in a bind! B
