Each of the living spaces features a fireplace and TV. There's also a collection of children's games and toys. When the weather permits, fire up the grill out on the deck and treat your guests to a barbecue feast. The home offers an ideal basecamp for exploring some of the nation's most iconic national parks and monuments. Cedar Breaks National Monument is only four miles south. Zion National Park is 50 miles away and Bryce Canyon National Park is within a 60-mile drive. You'll also enjoy access to a Tesla charger!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
