Great location, Horrible stay
Check in process was seamless, property was in great location to ski resort. When we arrived we looked over the place and noticed there were many light bulbs missing throughout the property. No extra blankets for beds. Just a sheet and bed spread and very limited cooking pans. The pan we had to use had peeling teflon all over them.. i called and asked the property manager to ask where light bulbs were so we could replace burnt bulbs and a few can light that were missing bulbs altogether. He said only 1 light is out in the hallway but that should not be a problem. Actually there were over 20 lights out throughout the property. Kitchen table, no lights at all, bathrooms, every stairway (there are 3 of them). and family room. Lights bulbs were never replaced during out stay. We had to move bulbs from one location to others than needed light. We asked for a few extra blankets. Property manger said if people want blankets they should bring extra. We asked for a basic 9x13 pan for cooking. Manager said “ya sorry we are not going to look for one of those”. Kitchen had an 8x8 and a bread pan only for cooking. On our last night we went to use the bbq for dinner. Of course the lights are out on the patio. Had to use a flashlight. The bbq was not cleaned and they left only an empty propane tank. So I texted the property manager explaining the situation and asked if he would please exchange out the propane so we could use the bbq for dinner. His reply “No”. So our experience at Brianhead was great for skiing, lodging and hospitality terrible. Concerns were brought to the management company Evolve throughout our stay. They were very nice but were unhelpful to resolve any issue. Property could be really nice but in its current state it is tired and needs refreshing. Also new pans and kitchen tools. I will never stay at this property again and would advise anyone looking to rent this place to think twice. Bring blankets in the winter if you want some. Bring pans and cooking materials and don’t expect help from the property manager Garrett.

Wonderful place to stay for a good vacation!!
Aloha, We are a family from Hawaii and it was our first time to Utah. The property was amazing. We had 3 adults, 7 kids (ages 7-14), and 2 infants (6months and 1.5years old) and everybody had a very good/awesome time at the property. It was very spacious and had A LOT more room for more guest. There was lots for us to do even just being indoors. The kids really enjoyed themselves there. It was perfectly close and in between all slopes. 3 min drive to Navajo, 2 min drive to Giant Steps, with different shops such as grocery stores, food places, snow gear rentals and other essential needs that was very near by. The view from our balcony was amazing looking at the whole mountain range. When we got there it snowed a lot so we didn’t get to experience the park because it was covered with snow. The snow was almost as high as the basketball rims. But there were sleds and tubes in the garage that the kids took to that park and had lots of fun in the snow there. The property provided lots of extracurricular activities for all ages to enjoy. The stairs was the only hardest part of the stay. You definitely will get your cardio in. Other than that there’s no complaints. For visitors not used to high altitude, I strongly suggest to buy oxygen boost. It was super helpful for me and my ohana (family) in that high altitude. Also be sure to have either a 4x4 vehicle or tire chains just in case. The roads can get slippery and full of snow. All in all we had no idea what to expect but had an awesome experience for our first trip to Utah. And our place to stay couldn’t have been better. Perfect place for a large group and for a big family vacation. Mahalo Nui for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We appreciate it! Mahalo!

Quiet time
We loved stay here. It’s off season and we’re here for baseball in cedar city. It’sa bit of a drive up there but it’s just what you need after a full day at the ballpark.

Spring Break Ski trip
Besides not having working washer, dryer and hot tub, we loved this condo. The location was close enough to walk to Alpen Glow lift It was spacious for our family of 6 and we enjoyed playing pool, and watching March Madness on the large family room tv. It has a great selection of family games, cards and we were never bored. It was disappointing the hot tub wouldn’t heat up and the washer and dryer were not usable do to a recent leak they were working on. Evolve took care of the situation the best way possible and were easy to work with on those issues. My suggestion to the owner is to not advertise the hot tub if it is not fixable.

Great Condo, Uncomfortable Beds
The condo is a great place to stay for a large family, plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the old school video games and the pool table. It's really close to the Brian Head Ski Resort, so getting around is simple. The only negative thing our group had to say was the quality of the beds, they are all hard and not comfortable at all. No one in our group slept well unfortunately. If the owners could spend a little money on upgrading the beds this would be an A++ place to stay.

House was not clean
Had multiple issues with house, We had to turn water on to house, we had to find and turn on hot water heater, there was mice poison and anti-freeze under kids sink bathroom, there was trash under beds, jacuzzi was not working, we had to fix washer so we could wash clothes. House location was nice but there area lot of stairs as it has 4 levels, just needs a lot of fixing and cleaning that needs to be done

Bonito condominio
