Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:
Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).
Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.
We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.
Other Things to Note
Bookings must be made by guests 21 years or older. Any reservation by those under 21 will be rejected, and removal from the property will occur if discovered during a stay.
Stays over 14 days require an additional cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours: Weekdays from 10 PM to 8 AM and weekends from 11 PM to 8 AM. A fee may apply for disturbances during these hours.
Security Cameras: Cameras are installed around the property for guest safety.
