Great reception staff, building in need of TLC
I have stayed at the Radisson on 2 previous occasions, the last being over 5 years ago. At that time i was impressed with the service and quality of the hotel. Unfortunately I cannot say the same this time, although the service, especially from the reception staff was excellent. Shanice and Nigel and the rest of the team (sorry guys, can't remember all your names) were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The condition of the exterior appears to be neglected over the years. The rooms are very outdated and the food (breakfast) was of a poor quality, limited choices, overcooked bacon, bland sausages and failing attention to detail. Very few local choices, and certainty overpriced. Unfortunately until refurbishment works are carried out, this hotel will not be an option on my future returns to Barbados.

The staff were all warm and friendly, efficient and helpful. Like the location as it’s convenient to get to Bridgetown and other restaurants and places on the South Coast. All quite a few restaurants are within walking distances. The beach is also quite lovely with crystal clear waters. My experience was positive however, I think it’s time the hotel gets a general upgrade, I would not mind staying there again on my next trip to Barbados.

The staff is the jewel at this resort. Front desk, concierge, our night auditor and the restaurant manager all made my 7 day stay excellent. The view of Pebbles Beach in the morning with the horses was surreal. It was the peace I needed. She may need a few updates but the Radisson was perfect for me. My private catamaran tour was icing on the cake. Thank you staff and management ❤️

Great location, right on the beach and short walks to beach dining options. Hotel food was reasonable. The staff were amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond when I forgot my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. I called the hotel and they were able to track down the taxi driver who came back within half an hour to the airport to drop off my phone. I really appreciated their efforts to retreive my phone. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
