Fully remodeled one-bedroom unit with private patio

The Space:
Relax at Sunset Dunes Villas, where your vacation begins!  Each villa is designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

Perfect for individuals or small families, our unit comfortably sleeps up to three people, with a twin Murphy Bed in the living room and a queen in the bedroom.  A fully equipped kitchen, private patio, free wifi, Direct TV and HBO make for a relaxing night in or you can venture out to one of the many wineries/breweries in the area to enjoy an exciting night out!  Coin Laundry is available on the first floor of the building.

Enjoy soft sand beaches, towering dunes and gorgeous sunsets at one of our many area shoreline beaches.  Sunset Dunes is only 3/4 of mile from Weko Beach and less than 5 miles from Warren Dunes, where you can also hike over sand covered dunes and through lush forests.

Our check-in / check-out process is contactless with remote keyless entry letting you set your own schedule!  You may arrive anytime after 4pm on the day of check-in and all you need is the keyless entry code that will be sent to you.  Please be sure to  check your email for messages from Earned Run Vacation Rentals for all your check-in information!

Super Cute, Beach-Walkable Condo
This condo was so cute, and just what me and my sisters were looking for in a weekend getaway. It's less than a mile from the beach, and less than a half mile from a cute, Italian restaurant. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio where we sat and drank coffee and saw a deer! I will be booking this place again in the future!

Great place to stay very near the beach!!
This is a great place to stay that is very near Weko Beach. Jennifer, the property manager, was very responsive and responded to all our text messages quickly. The unit was very clean and had easy access to Weko Beach and downtown Bridgeman. Weko beach is very nice and not crowded as well. Nice selection of restaurants in town. We would stay there again.

Relaxing Girls Trips
My mom and sister wanted to do a relaxing girls trip to celebrate birthdays. It was the perfect place! Walking distance to Weko beach, super cute and perfect for just a few people. And the property manager was super responsive and helpful. We were surprised at how many places you could drive to close by and visit.

Very clean! Very easy communication. The only concern I had was it sounded like a herd of elephants on the upper floor, which is totally out of owner’s hands. Extremely easy checkout. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property
Thr property was very nice with a beautiful shower and just enough room for the two of us in the condo. The kitchen was nicely funished with everything we needed. The property was close enough to Weko Beach, which we enjoyed during our stay. We also saw a wild tuyrkey in the back yard as well as a deer on the way back from the beach. Overall, it was a great stay.

Central to many beaches
The property is very safe, clean and beautifully decorated. provided cleaning supplies, starter soaps and coffee pods, sleep eye covers and ear plugs. Great base central to access all of the towns beaches. We loved getaway cubby bar and tiscornia beach (less crowded than silver beach). Only complaints need info sheet on how to use tv remote. We could not remote to advance to put our Netflix account and the window air conditioner loud when trying to watch television. Would stay again at price point.

Nice beach vacation spot
Everything nearly new. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and convenient location. Weko Beach is very walkable. Minor issues are a bathroom door that doesn't latch without a major effort, and a bedroom fan/light that has a mind of it's own in the middle of the night.

Weekend get away
Absolutely perfect accommodations! I would rather stay here 100 times than a random hotel in St Joe or Benton Harbor. Everything was so close. I took my baby to the beach, it really was only a 10 minute walk! We were able to still spend time in the touristy bigger towns, it was an easy commute . Management company had wonderful communication.
