The place stinks and a very mucky man checked us in. His t. Shirt was covered in stains and he had no shoes on and his socks looked like he'd had them on for year disgusting.

The place was like a building site there was no bar as advertised asked for heating to be checked because it was not working it took 4hours for owner to come and fix it and that was only done with attitude there was a strange smell in dining room where booked for weekend only stopped one night would strongly recommend you avoid at all costs

Very convenient for town's facilities. Bed sheets stained. Bedroom and bathroom could do with a complete redecoration. Gaps between floor to wall. Breakfast good and plentiful. Lady staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall stay

lovely big rooms. Nice large bathrooms, very clean. Bed a bit loud and not 100% comfortable. But the owner is really lovely makes you feel very welcome always chatting and making u feel at home. Lovely dining area downstairs makes you feel very at home. 8/10 overall and would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Hotel needs overhaul dated

Un happy with staff room was rubbish breakfast was greasy dining room dark and downstairs loo falling to bits rubbish everywhere

The old lady was nice but to much work for her

The breakfast had no fruit and when asked for a yoghurt it was out of date

Convenient for beach theatre and shops

Last minute overnight booking worked very well for me. Big thanks to the elderly lady who worked there for her friendliness and directions . I would stay there again
