This newly refurbished studio apartment is a stone's throw from the beach, Brighton Palace Pier and the beautiful Pavilion - With breath taking sea views from the apartment! Located on a vibrant and bustling street in the Kemptown area of Brighton, it's close to cafes, pubs and restaurants and walking distance from Brighton train station. With a modern and spacious feel, there is a a king size bed and a sofa, fresh linen as well as guest towels are provided for all guests.

The Space:
Welcome to St James' Studio, a modern and spacious third-floor apartment with charming sea views. Centrally located, this studio is ideal for exploring Brighton’s best sights on foot. Just a short stroll from the beach, the Pier, local shops, cafes, and restaurants, or enjoy a relaxing day in with all the comforts of home.

The studio’s layout offers a welcoming bedroom and lounge area, complete with a king-size bed made up with fresh linens, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The contemporary, tiled bathroom includes a great shower, and plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, crockery, glassware, a pod coffee machine, and a microwave. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and some basic cooking essentials. A dining table is perfect for sharing a leisurely brunch or meal.

With unique character details, such as a decorative fireplace and wooden floors, this studio exudes warmth and charm. Amenities include an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and Smart TV with Netflix, plus convenient hanging space for your clothes. The Neighborhood:
The property is in a truly amazing location, on the iconic St James Street, moments from the seafront and Brighton Palace Pier. It really is the perfect place for a seaside break! The Kemptown area is known for its quirky independent shops, cafes and bars, and most of Brighton's best restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance. Kemptown has a distinct, vibrant feel and is a full of talented artists. Live music is usually played and can be heard from the flat so if you are looking for a relaxing and quite place I am afraid this is not the place for you but if you are looking for the exciting and always alive Brighton than it is the perfect place.

The famous North Laine area just a 10 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.

The Brighton Station is about a 20 minute walk, and that gives you a chance to enjoy the beautiful and vibrant North Lanes.

The Brighton Centre is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.

The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.

You are also close to a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy.
