Room very clean and the staff always helpful and friendly
Didn't have breakfast, Brighton cafe culture wins out. Poor / no reception on TV channels and remote didn't work well. Struggled to set a nice room temperature and light from the thermostat was annoying. Good parking and good to know about the parking QR code at reception.

The location and breakfast options were great, but the bed was really bed. A few days after the stay, my neck and back still hurt. In the double bed, small movement of one person will trigger earthwake like movement of the bed and waking the other person up. I had stayed in other Leonardo hotels before so I was surprised by the condition of the bed.

Hi there,
Whilst the hotel was okay and the staff very friendly.
We had a few issues.
Number 1: there was rubbish in the room showing it had not been cleaned properly see picture attched we do not eat these chocolates as we eat strictly kosher and we found this behind the bin in the bathroom.
NUber 2: there was some stains next to the bed which were rather off putting probably from puke or something which meant my wife and i and our kids had to wear socks/shoes whilst walking around the toom.
Number 3: on the first night of our stay Sunday 28th just after we had finally got the kids to sleep (1yr old and 4 yr old) there was a fire alarm meaning we had fo wake them both up and take them downstairs!!! Only to get to the lobby and realise this was a mistake and there had been a leak in the reception!!! The lifts were then not working we had to carry the kids back.up and it took them a really long time to get back to bed ruining the first night of our trip.
Please see that we are compensated for these inconveniences.

Great stay agin for the fourth time, breakfast time was much busier this time so it took a while to replace some of the items that had finished and one of the two coffee machines was not working, but as every time staff were attentive and rooms were very clean and comfortable, will definitely be coming back.
Seems to have gone downhill since changing from The Jury’s. Also the online check in is a complete waste of time as you spend the same amount of time queuing and waiting at the desk.
Still nice and a great location but it needs freshening up.
Very friendly and welcoming.
There was a flood from a 5th floor room above reception and a clear up operation was immediately put into place, efficiently and correct safety signage was displayed prominently. All staff had, and knew their place within this urgent situation. Very impressive.
This was our 2nd visit to this Leonardo hotel and would definitely recommend.

The room was good, however the breakfast was very poor. We arrived at 9:30 and there was little food left and although we were told more was coming out-very little did. Sadly the quality of the food was not the usual standard of the hotel. Many people were left without a decent breakfast.
